I wondered how many others out there are DYING for villas at the Animal Kingdom to be built.

Yes that would be great. I've never stayed there, but I went there and walked around the resort. It is unreal. I would love to stay there.

I know we would be buying there in a heartbeat. This is DH's favorite non-DVC resort.

We would love that too! We stayed one night at AKL and my kids fell in love! But it is a lot of points to stay there compared to staying at the DVC resorts.

That would be so wonderful! I would love to see a DVC resort at AKL and one on the Monorail!

While we like the AKL, I would rather see one on the monorail. If they built a monorail DVC resort, the response would be enormous. So would an AKL one too.

Wow, that would be great! AKL rocks! I know that DVC is a great investment, but I only have $5.10 in my savings account; otherwise it's hand to mouth for us. I should start saving my pennies just in case, maybe with DH's new job we can make it happen "someday".

Put me down for 300 pts! I'll aim for a better use year there as our current one is somewhat cumbersome. Now VAKL would be something I'd pay $95 a point for (well, honestly, I'd pay more, but don't tell DVD that).

I would think they would need to locate it off the Giraffe or Ostrich trails, wouldn't they? Then have the one on the sunset savannah view at higher point costs, and the villas with the parkind lot view more like point costs at BWV std view. Or they couls just have the savannah view units and run the corridor along the back side, perhaps.

Not gonna happen, but we can dream!

Villas at AKL sound great!

I would also like to see villas on the monorail, either at Contemporary by the water, or how about:

The DVC Villas At The Grand Floridian?! Whoa!

Heard a rumour a while back about the possability of a garden wing at Contemporary resort being taken over by DVC now again it is a rumour but that would be a nice touch. AKL Villas would be great and I have a feeling it would probably sell out quite quickly.

It'd be nice if they put a DVC in midtown Manhattan. The free valet parking alone would be worth the price.
