The problem with the team of the brothers is that sometimes its hard to tell which is the one who is gay... Not because the one who is isn't obvious .

I'm sad that the team with the Grandma/Granddaughter went home. They were so sweet. I felt just awful when that cow kicked her in the head.

I was suprised last week that the father/daughter team didn't get a penalty for painting someones HOUSE!!! Too funny. How embarassing is that.

The brothers grinding every gear. I was surprised they were the only ones who had trouble with the sticks yet he knew to put it in neutral so the other one could push him backwards.

I love the cowboys and I don't know where the notion comes from that just because they are cowboys they are stupid, why would they say that about themselves?

Nope! I was merely verbalizing an observation and my thoughts on it. Isn't that what we are all doing when we comment on a task, roadblock, a team's behavior, a statement made by one team member or the way a team comes across. It's all been discussed here.

I think if the first show had been the two hours as have been previous premier episodes, we would have seen more of the painting task. But, becuase CBS kept to an hour, they had to cram too much in.



I hope you are never in a situation where you do or say something you regret and have to put up with people throwing it back in your face forever. People make mistakes. They are only human.

I cannot believe how people can think that those of us defending Jordan and Caite are being too serious and have no sense of humor. We do, we just don't find humor at other people's expense.

I guess, yes, I can say I will never be in that situation...I will never be in a beauty pageant and give the wrong answer, and I will never, ever go on a reality show where I know the editors have 90% control over how I am being perceived. Sorry, but I find TAR funny as heck, and downright entertaining, and figure the people on it have signed on for...Whatever...stupid mistakes, editing, people's opinions. That is half the fun of the show. Last night, I just laughed and laughed, between the llamas and those people flying off the docks dressed as birds, I thought it was hysterical.

So don't take it too seriously, but yes, I find the Teen USA hysterical and dumb as rocks, actually.

They didn't get a penalty because the eventually painted the correct house and finished the task, but it was really funny.

I was laughing too about the llamas getting dressed and the flying condors it is entertaining and fun. I think that is the point of the show.

I really dislike the cowboys and the girl couples. I wish one of them had gone instead of the granddaughter and grandmother.

-I liked the team that got eliminated. The grandmother saying it was her fault they got eliminated during the pantry fun... I agree. At least, I though the granddaughter should have done that one.
-I still really dislike the cowboys. What they did at the bus station was scummy. I understand when it's between you and another team being eliminated but it wasn't, all those teams were clearly going to be in the top half so why screw them over? Karma... I hope in bites them in the rear HARD!
-I don't have a favorite team yet.

how was what the cowboys did a the bus station scummy? They made a choice to not even try and get on the bus the other 2 couples were supposed to go on....so they didn't run over right after finding out it was loading at another terminal and tell them? The first thing I do when I have a transfer is find out when and where the transfer leaves....they had a half hour to find it out themselves....seems strange that nobody out of the 4 thought to ask before 5:24 on a bus that leaves at 5:30.

I think that the grandma did the detour because it wasn't physically taxing. Down the road there will be more physically demanding detours that the grand daughter would probably have to do. Of course in hind sight it doesn't matter. Also remember they don't have all the details before they decide who will do it (at least I think they don't) and they might have chosen grandma because it looked like it might involve cooking. If she is anything like my grandma she is probably good in that department.

I didn't really have a favorite team until last night. I don't know why, but I found myself really routing for and excited for the cowboys!!! I just loved how everything fell into place for them, and they kicked butt at the challenges. (though I think at both the detour and the road block they had an obvious advantage)

I think it's because what they said is true. People automatically assume they are stupid because they are cowboys.

I picked them, the first week.
I don't know why people would think they are stupid, apparently they don't read "romantic cowboy novels",

The bus thing didn't bother me. It isn't like they told the other teams bad information, they just allowed them to make their own mistake.

I agree. They did nothing to leave a bad taste in my mouth. They did not sabotage the other teams. This IS a race for a million dollar.

I like the cowboys, and I was not bothered at all by what they did. As others have said, they didn't do anything. They didn't sabotage or give bad info or lie or anything. They just kept to themselves.

I wish we would've seen more of the lady lawyers. I liked them after the first week, but just didn't see much of them this week.

I want to like the father/daughter team, but I just don't. Dad just seems to get to excited and kind of pushy.
