I was also sad to see Gus and Hera eliminated last night. I did not see Gus in a speedo, I thought that you wore the speedo only if you did the water polo.

We were all glad they chose NOT to do the water polo - therefore not seeing Gus in a speedo! (Sorry, Gus!)

The worst movie of the show had to be Kendra pointing out the puke on the floor to Freddy while he was eating the soup. He was doing fine, but he was a mess from then on.

I think my current vision of hell would be eating a never-ending bowl of spicy soup while Jonathan yaps in my ear, and gypsies crowd around me loudly playing weird music. I would have started crying too, I think.

ITA about how Freddy was doing good till she pointed out the puke on the floor, I have to say I almost had some on my floor when he said that he threw up in his own bowl and then had to eat it...im gagging thinking about it.

It looks LOL funny, Adam in a dive suit, and he can't get under the water, he is all bloated up like a balloon, they show some men trying to SHOVE the suit under the water..you can hear Rebecaa yelling "Just go under' LOL!

I really hope Amazing Race isn't going to go the fear factor route and get utterly disgusting on us. It is a good show and I really like it. I don't like the extremely disgusting food - to the point that it makes people sick. And to show the results - way too much for me.

What happened to Adam and Rebecca after they finished the soup? They finished before the two other teams and didn't show up to the pit stop until after them??? There was no mention of it, and I thought it was strange??

Do you not remember on a previous race (I think back to Team Guido) when they had to chop up and eat the octopus?? I think that was way more disgusting than eating spicy soup - although I don't remember them showing anyone throwing up! I remember those racers saying how when they were eating the octopus, it was still alive and grabbing on to their lips and tongues - talk about gross!

Kris and Jon are such an awesome couple! They never argue or get upset about anything. They constantly have a huge smile on!! Last week's *recap* showed them staying behind to swim with the locals - and saying "they didn't care if it made them come in last place, they were going to take this time and enjoy the moment". (or something to that effect!) Truly awesome people!!

I don't think Gus had anything to do with the gate falling.....it hit Hera too. I'm sure it did hurt very bad when Freddy and Hera got hit in the noggin.....but we didn't see Hera screaming that she was going to rip someone in half. I was cheering Gus/Hera on at the end to beat Freddie/Kendra.......guess I should have cheered louder!!

I don't care much for Hayden/Aaron much, don't like Freddie/Kendra and I absolutely dislike whole-heartedly Victoria/Jonathan. I hope the final three teams come down to: Kris/Jon, Lori/Bolo and Rebecca/Adam....with Kris/Jon taking home the moola - they really deserve it!

I wondered how they got so far behind too.......but she did stop outside to throw up in the bushes, and then I think it was just a matter of getting cabs and the ride there.

I meant to mention that I noticed at least two teams that didn't take the trolley up the hill, instead they took the stairs.

I thought it said in the clue that they HAD to take the trolley, I was waiting for a penelty which probably would have changed who got eliminated but nothing was said....does anyone remember that clue and what it said?

I don't think the show is getting too "Fear Factor". It's not like they were eating horse testicles or monkey rectum. It was SPICY SOUP!

Oh man, me too. If DH & I ever went on AR, we'd have to make a deal before we left.......NO COMMENTS DURING TASKS! If I am struggling, I know it. I don't need someone yapping in my ear.

I agree completely. I keep saying that to my husband. She seems to have a much better attitude than her though! Kris and John are my favorite team right too.

I don't htink the show is trying to be like fear factor. The food challenges are usually delicacies that you would find in that country (albeit just in large quantities). I would never have been able to do last nights challenge though!

I just can't believe that Jonathan really thinks that women will want to use his 'Day Spa' after hearing his snide comment to Victoria: "This is why women don't rule the world".

Sad to see Gus/Hera depart, but still rooting for Kris/Jon (OOOH - he looked NICE in that swimsuit!!!!)

As long as the food challenges are kept in context to wherever in the world they may be, I'm all for it. I wonder if the producers had any idea that eating 24 ounces of spicy soup would have that reaction on the participants.

Sorry to see Gus and Hera go. They seemed like genuinely nice people. Kris and Jon have been among my favorites and they're definitely my picks to win this race.

I'm not even going to waste bandwidth saying what I think about Jonathan.
