I have been routing for Kris and Jon from day one...they seem the most sincerest and down to Earth.

Can't wait for this evenings episode...

Is it just me or does anyone else think that Kris looks a lot like Britney Spears!

Okay--by far one of the most repulsive roadblocks in AR history. Never before Have I seen so much puking--and I do believe it is a first for someoen to have to consume their own....regurgitation. ewwwwwwwwww!

Though I do have to say that I do excuse Freddy's behavior now--Did anybody record it and can see who was responsible for the gate?

I rewatched it in slo mo and we (DH and I) have come to the conclusion that Gus did it. It didn't look like he did it on purpose but he was pulling it down when it looked like Hayden was pushing it back up (the guys all look the same to me...LOL but I think it was Hayden)

Also I think that Kris looks like Heather Locklear.

Can somebody tell me who lost control this episode and what happened? I missed the first 20 minutes, so I don't know what happened. I'm kind of confused because Aaron made a few comments like it was him, or else he bore the brunt of it. Please elucidate...

BTW can we start an "I hate Jon" anti-fan club? I think it would have all the same members as Colin's.

I also think it was Gus who pulled the gate down (on accident). My daughter and I looked at it in slow motion and that it what it looked like to us.

I almost threw up when Lori and Bolo drank the blood. Absolutely the most disgusting thing I've seen on AR but I knew if anyone could do it, it would be Lori and Bolo.

Once again I loved Kris and Jon's positive oulook on all of their experiences and Jonathan and Victoria have got to go. He is just awful to everyone and so condescending to all the taxi drivers. Also he was so rude to the lady in the Funicula (is that the right word?) as they were going up the hill to the pit stop.

Laura, here's a recap. Lori & Bolo found an earlier train and were able to get to the internet cafe before it closed. They were then the first people to the next clue because it didn't open until 10am. Everyone else got a hotel for the night. When the clue area opened, they raised a gate and everyone went flying. The gate came back down and hit Freddy and Hera. Freddy swore that someone pulled it down and was screaming that he would "rip them in half". Then everyone had to take turns on some railroad cart to get to the clue box. That should get you up to speed.

I don't think anyone purposely caused the gate to come down. It's hard to tell because the camera pans out when it happens. It sort of looks like Gus touched it right before it came down. But, I think he was just trying to push it up and it just fell down. Other than that I don't think anyone touched it. I still think that Freddy waaaayyy over-reacted. It was an accident. He was totally out of line.

Yes, I do think Kris looks kind of like Britney Spears, but I think she's so cute. I don't think Britney's cute though.

ETA: I forgot about the blood. I figured they would do it, but I didn't really think that they would just chug it without a second thought. I wonder if anyone else would have done it.

Thanks so much for the recap, Beth76! Drinking blood is gross, but I think the eating of the regurgitated soup did it for me---bleah! This episode was too much like "Fear Factor"!

I always look forward to the local greeter that waits at the pit stop with Phil. They're usually pretty cool, but the guy this week was the best, hands down. He had a wild 'stache, brandished a whip, and had crazy eyes. And then... "Welcome to Budapest!!! Hungary!!!"

He was awesome! He made the show for me.

Too much like Fear Factor.

Duck Fetus, Pig Anus, Cow Eyeballs, Insects, Worms- that is Fear Factor Stuff.

Spicy Soup? Sure its tough to eat, but not something you'd see on Fear Factor.

As for the blood, that lasted all of a few seconds and was only done by one team for the FF

Sad to see Gus/Hera go.

Victoria tried to remove "it's" arm when they got to the pit stop. I was hoping she would tell Phil she was done with the race and done with 'it' for good. Here's hoping!

My husband would have rocked in the food challenge!!

My DH and I are so turned off my Jonathon that I've actually considered not watching until they are eliminated. I think I may just have to hit the mute button anytime he comes on. I really hope we don't have another contestant like him ever again. And here I thought Colin was as bad as it gets!!
I hated to see Gus and Hera go because they seemed to appreciate the race and didn't seem to get involved in a lot of the petty arguing that the other teams do. It just drove me nuts that they didn't have a little more urgency!

I told my DH the same thing, he said he would love to see her clock him, I said I wish she would throw up on him!

I thought about the gate incident more and I was thinking that it probably just got thrown up when they opened and everyone rushed through without holding it up and it fell.
Although it looked like Gus pulled it, he was probably catching it.

I also loved this pit stop visitor and his crazy eyes...ohh yeah and his stache...LOL

I disagree--I would have been totally PO'd as well...and he made mention that his face really really hurt. And he had remorse for his actions later on during a cab ride. It may have been an over-reaction...but I think justified compared to what make Jonathan lose his top.

This is like the 3rd AR season they have done a nasty food challenge. I don't really compare it to Fear Factor, because there is a motive for it, "how determined are you to win the race"? It may give a team who is behind an advantage.
