Hi! OK, I ate at Chef Mickey's earlier this month for breakfast, and I had a few issues.
1. I felt rushed by the characters. Mickey and Goofy didn't even stop to pose with my husband. They just waved and left.

2. Some of the food from the buffet was cold.
3. It was January and I'd forgotten that the Contemporary is open b/c of the monorail. I WAS FREEZING! (not the fault of Chef Mickey's--just something to add to the overall not so great experience)
Akershus is a good 1 TS meal for Princesses. You do have to guarantee your reservation with a credit card. You get a photo that you can also add to your Photopass account.

I went for lunch and I liked the food. Hubby didn't care for it too much, but he got something weird so it was his own fault.

We got free champagne for being newlyweds, so I definitely recommend that place.
If Cinderella is the only princess you or your little one care about, 1900 Park Fare in the Grand Floridian is a good choice. Not only do you get good food, but Cinderella is there as well as Prince Charming and the Tremaines.
(I am basing this info off my trips from a couple years ago--feel free to correct me if I am wrong.)
