I just bought the app last week too. I love it and I can't wait to use it in the parks!

We have the Disney Chase Visa Rewards card.

We want to redeem our points. That has never been an issue. We have just called and redeemed the points before our trip. However, I read somewhere that you can redeem your points for a gift card directly at the parks. Has anyone ever done that before? Has anyone ever had a problem getting the card directly at park? I just don't want to rely on that and then get down there and find that they don't want to issue one/can't issue one on the spot and then we are stuck without a card? Any thoughts?

We will be doing the same thing… When I called Chase they told me to get the card at any of the locations below and then call them directly and they will put the points on the card for me. Disney can only give you the card. Hope this helps..

We will be going June 5-12 and we're from TN. This is our 3rd annual family trip and can't wait to go! I paid off the trip yesterday and now the Real countdown has begun!

Yes, the points are there as soon as they are transferred to the card.

Yes, that’s what CHASE told me ( I even had them repeat it)... CHASE will just need the card number to attach the points to.

We've spent the past few weeks planning how to spend our tax refund at Disney! Looks like we'll be driving down June 2nd (shhh...we're not telling the kids - just going to pick them up from school the last day and start driving!). We'll be staying at Pop Century from June 3-11.

June 6 - Crystal Palace, 2:00pm
June 7 - Teppan Edo, 3:20pm

June 11 - Boma, 10:15am

Welcome all new June travelers! I love all the ideas of how you're surprising your kids! Good luck with all of that!

We just got a Disney Visa a month or two ago, so I don't think we'll have enough Disney dollars to be worth getting a giftcard or anything with the dollars on it.

Oh, and just asking around, has anyone done a portrait session at one of the resorts by chance? We're going to need a senior portrait this year for DD16, and we would love any feedback about if you've participated in it, or if you've considered it, because Disney would be such a great place to have it done!

Count us in! I can't believe I just discovered this thread! My DH and I are planning a trip June 21-25, Boardwalk Inn Water View! I used a TA for this trip, which is something I don't usually do, but I knew I wouldn't really have time to watch for discounts. We originally booked BWI Garden View back in September, but I was struggling with how expensive it was.

I made a back-up reservation at the Dolphin with a great teacher rate, and decided to wait it out. Just as I was about to give up hope, I got an e-mail from my TA that she had gotten us upgraded to a boardwalk view room with the 30% discount. I had warmed up to the Dolphin, but I'm very excited about the Boardwalk Inn! Even though the room is still more than the Dolphin, being able to be on the dining plan is quite a savings (we do all TS, and mostly signatures for dinner) so the cost difference between the two was pretty small in the end.

This will be our second time to stay on-site...it's just the two of us, and we're going to do the DDxDP and eat ourselves silly...then go get on a cruiseship for a week!

You are too funny. I changed mine the other day too. I told you guys that you just don't know how many times I change them because I have the power to change the list myself.


Changes to ADRS are just part of the Disney planning fun.
