Wondering if anyone has pics of a garden wing deluxe room and any reviews??

I believe those photos are of the Garden Wing one bedroom suite. You can see a door which is open to a bedroom in one of the photos. In the Deluxe Garden Wing room there is no separate room. It's one room which is slightly larger than a standard room and has a DVD player. I believe there are only 3-6 of them spread-out in the GW and I thought I read once that there is no bath tub or it has a separate shower/bath. You can only book a maximum of 3 people in one as it has only one king and a sleeper sofa.

Christine Piro: We just got back from a wonderful week in the world. We saved one of our favorite experiences from our last trip in 2007 for our last day again this trip... a dinner at Chef Mickey's! We arrived about 25 minutes before our ADR, which was one of the first of the evening. My husband checked in with my two boys and as they stood at the podium the CM said, "How would you like to be the family of the day? You get to open Chef Mickey's!" My boys were so excited! We got to wait in a special spot. They then called my boys over to the velvet ropes. They introduced them, and let them karate chop the rope to "open" the restaurant. Mickey then joined the boys and escorted them into the restaurant. We got incredible pictures and were then taken to the best table where the boys got to sign Mickey's own autograph book. They each got Magical Moment cards signed by the Fab 5 to remember the special event. What a truly Magical Moment it was for them. We will remember this always!

We will be staying at BLT in a couple weeks and have heard at least one person put Christmas lights on their balcony.

Do many people put Christmas lights on the Contemporary and/or BLT balconies? Are there outlets on the balconies?

According to this website they have set up a An It’s a Small World themed gingerbread set-up inside the Contemporary under the 4th floor murial, so I guess tha means no Pinocchio display like they had the past few years.

Congrats!!!

I tried the same thing for our DL trip in April and it may be coincidence, but a week after I saved a couple of offers and talked to a reservation CM online I got a pin code for DL Resort Hotel through e-mail.

I'm guessing some sort of bounce-back offer will be available for a return to the CR later next year when we go in 3 weeks...but just in case I already started monkeying around with some saved offers to see if I can trigger another one.

Wow...it seemed to work again. Its been about a week since I saved 2 offers and I just got a 40 percent pin code in email for 1/3–1/6/10, 1/10–1/14/10, 1/18–2/11/10, 2/15–3/27/10, 4/11–7/1/10, 7/5–10/7/10, 10/11–11/23/10 and 11/28–12/16/10. I think this is similar to the current bounce-back offer in the rooms, but very interesting. I think we'll try a little earlier in December for next year
