There was no garbage, only butter, jam, snot, sweat and other fluids that I do not even want to begin to guess the orgins of. There was a guest shaving her legs at one of the tables so I do not even want to guess what else might be on them. Even so guests should not have to dispose of others garbage, I do not allow guests in my home to run around cleaning up. People should behave appropriately (that is whole other story) but I should not have to clean up behind others, we are paying to dine there and have normal expectations of cleanliness .

I will say the best meals we had on property were the ones we had from private dining at CR. Frankly, all the others were mediocre at best

Wow what you mentioned sounds disgusting and the fact another guest would shave her legs over there and not in her room is something I would never think to see in a public location.

We have been very lucky at all our WDW hotels thus far (KNOCKING VERY LOUDLY ON WOOD!!!!) when it comes to cleanliness.

(And a shameless plug to say- 16 more days!!!!!

Thanks, I didn't think it was luck that we had always had clean rooms before (with the exception of one visit at Poly that I really thought was a management issue) I just thought all the rooms at WDW were clean. I just hope Disney takes this seriously as I have seen many complaints on the boards (mostly about the deluxes go figure) and if they need to raise rates so be it, I just want a clean room.

That said we had a great time, the dessert party was wonderful and we had the best guides for our fishing excursion and Illuminations and Wishes cruises. My kids came back with a serious addiction to Vinylmation and despite the problems we have passes so we will be back this summer and again in either Oct. or Nov. Kids picked CR again for this trip now want to go back to GF (really my least favorite, do not like the decor) will have to decide soon.

We saw some of the most deplorable behavior from people on this trip, as I said that is a whole other story. You know it is bad when your kids are astounded by others behavior.

I do agree because if the guests aren't going to clean up after themselves then the Cast Members should know to do clean up the mess right away.

We haven't been so lucky. We've had very inconsistent mousekeeping for years at WDW. It has really been hit or miss for us and can vary from day to day depending on the mousekeeper.

Can you ride an ECV from BLT to the tower on the walkway? Also, how long of a walk is the walkway from BLT to the entrance to the tower?

I haven't seen anyone coming from the skybridge or going to it in a ECV, although I would think you should be able to use it when going on there.

Just another reason why I love the DIS! I just called to make a payment and add our room request of an odd numbered room (we have a Tower MK View) and the CM said, "that is an ODD request." I said, "well, yes it might sound like it but that way your bed faces the castle." She was like "well all of our MK View rooms have a view of the castle. There is no difference in an odd room." I tried to tell her that there was, but then just gave up and told her to put it down. I love how you all know more about the resorts than the CM's!

I have let them know and will report back, I would still stay at CR, our visit was just not what we have come to expect from Disney resorts. We also had a bad experience with cleanliness at Poly and I am concerned that this is a trend and that Disney needs to deal with it.

We recently moved and can drive to disney so we purchased the AP and have several upcoming trips planned to make the most of the passes and enjoy Disney while our kids still truly love it.

Other than fixing the initial issue with our bathroom I did not speak to anyone during our trip because I did not want to give it any thought during our visit. All I really want is a better experience for our next visit.

They were doing this nightly last week during our stay but I did not save the schedule. I remember the movies began kind of late, I am assuming due to it getting dark later.

Well at least you told them everything and etc because I sometimes read trip reports of others who didn't like some things they saw and etc, however they never reported it to anyone one and so how could WDW improve those things? So let's hope they do what you told them.

I had head they do it at WL, but I would prefer to do it at CR where we are staying there. She said times do change according to when it gets dark. I think the day I had called was a day when someone of this thread posted one of those weekly schedules.

We are going Dec. 11-19th with a theme park view, so in wanting to take full advantage of the view I have a question. On the night there isn't a regular Wishes and its its the MVMCP holidays wishes...what time does that begin? I want to make sure we are in our room to view it!

It's usually at 9:30
