Thank you to everyone who sent the lovely cards and letters!! I feel like such a Scrooge because I never got around to getting my cards out this year. But I really enjoyed getting new cards everyday from my Disney friends!!

Small *kinda* off topic story...DH thinks I'm a little weird for posting on here so much, and I guess I forgot to tell him about the great time a lot of you had recently with your special gathering at Toy Story Mania. Well, he was a bit upset that I didn't tell him about it sooner - I guess he would have wanted to go, too!! I wish I would have said something to him back when 3Guys first brought it up!! Oh, well...maybe next year!! I'll be sure to tell him everything that's going on here from now on!! Maybe he should get his own login and join us!!

And where are these podcasts people listen to and what are they exactly??? I would love to hear 3Guys on it!!

Wow, 3Guys -- exploding pyrex!!

We made our first turkey ever and it got really good - nice and juicy and very tasty (I followed a Ritz Carlton Executive chef recipe).

My family leaves tomorrow and it was great to have them here. DD will be devastated tomorrow when they go home...so I need to think of something extra special tomorrow.

Thought I would check in, catch up on everything I missed from my last post.
My PP on here was my last before my health went.
Spent three days in bed with the flu. Don't really know what happened with the bird. Back and forth from kitchen to bed all day.
Wanted the 3 guys to have a nice dinner.
I think they did!
I could eat, served thr food and went back to bed.
DS11 has been a big help in the last week trying to keep on top of the dishes so I wouldn't have too.
On the 26th in the evening I woke up with a nasty cough.
Which through the night just got worse.
Went to the doctor on the 27th to find I now have a case of Broncitis.
The 29th DH birthday was the first day I spent out of bed since the 23rd.
Didn't feel up to cooking so we ordered pizza for his birthday dinner.
Then I went to the store for a cake. DS5 was so excited.
Well I know that I am not fully recovered yet I made the mistake of asking them to put Happy 45th on the cake. Opps he's 44. Well it gets better
They put Happy 95th john on the cake. I didn't notice this until I went to put it in the car. Thought well I have to take this home, he's going to love this.
However the boy's said it didn't matter the cake's good.
I am busting a gut laughing here while I am telling you this.
He's sitting in the diningroom wondering what I am laughing about.
Well he'll find out.
Gotta go to bed.

happy 95th birthday!!

Sorry to hear Katscradle has bronchitis now...wow, you guys really picked up a lot -- pneumonia and bronchitis! I'm sorry for you all!

On a happy note for me, my doc called and said they scheduled our 2nd daughter to be born on March 16th at 8:30am!

OMG -- this is really starting to become real now! Our next big step is to decorate the nursery ... I need to start looking for ocean theming or Ariel theme decorations.

So...........you guys are seriously the best!!!

And since I just couldn't get it together enough to send postcards or Christmas cards or anything.........here are some virtual postcards sent with all of my most sincere Disney magical feelings....


The castle was spectacular!!!

For the foodies........dessert at Le Cellier.....smores and chocolate moose

Lady Tremaine was the absolute highlight of our meal at 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian...........she was HILARIOUSLY mean!!!

My family got taken backstage to meet "our" Crush and he brought along some friends! THAT was truly magical!

Simply put..............I love Playdoh and staying by a Playdoh can is the ultimate for me!!!

Very special......our children picked out and surprised us with a "Best Parents" Mickey Award.

I thought of all of you during our trip and spoke of you to anyone who would listen.......my family........castmembers.........bus riders......monorail drivers...........you all were REALLY with me in spirit!!! It was a truly magical trip in every sense of the word!

We didn't get it together either this year, what am I saying last year now.
Well this year I will be on the ball and ready to go.
Already have the christmas cards.
Going to start the list now so I am ready.
With a Disney vaction in December it is really difficult to be on the ball.
Think we are going the first 2 weeks in December 09.
Hope to see some of you there again.
Also going in May before and after the cruise if anyone is going then as well.

Can't wait already excited..

Eric and I have decided that we will try Disney next December for the holidays again. We typically go in January and since we're not going this time around we'll try for December 2009? Maybe I can get one of those cute countdown thing-a-ma-doo-wops that some of you have at the bottom of your signature.
Of course we don't know how we'll pay for it...but we can't miss another year. Our little guys are at the perfect ages to go. So, hopefully we can all stay in contact another year and maybe the Fleagles will have another trip report to share......and this time we'll be sure to video the "Party In The Car" and the "Funky Salmon"

Anyway.....it's been great hearing about all your trips....it's really helped our Disney Withdrawal! Thanks...
