Ahhhh. It's so good to remember - I can't believe I was still there just a week ago. We have had so much snow that every routine is disrupted and all the holiday and shopping plans have been totally on hold.

Winning the Dream Fastpass was really fun. Stay tuned to the Christmas trip report when it starts to hear about two more new dreams that came my way!

I really like the store front photo of Donald and the view of the EMPTY umbrellas with Castle in the background. It looks so serene!

And thanks so much for the Mickey postcard from WDW!!! I just love getting them (but must admit I prefer giving them!!) and my DD wants to meet my friends at Disney! She thinks you all are one of the characters!

Feeling much better today, although still cannot hear out of my right ear.
Doc said I had pnuemonia and gave me some meds.
Kath now has the flu, though.
Hope everyone else is doing well on this joyous day.
Just wanted to finally sit down and write a bit.
It was great meeting everyone, although some I did not spend as much time talking with as others, and for that I apologize.
It was a hectic night....

Anyway, I know we all had fun and I'm glad I was able to let you all know about it in time for sign-up.
It really made for an enjoyable night having you there and getting to put actual people in front of the board names.
Sure I had seen pics of some of you, or your videos from the CMO contest, but its just not the same as meeting face to face and saying "HI! I know you!"

Lets do it all again next year!!!!
This time we will plan well in advance and see if we cant get some more of the club down there!

My little Christmas present this morning.
Seems the crew got quite a kick from our DATW calls Fri night from Epcot.

OK...Christmas Day Update.

While cooking our turkey, the Pyrex tray it was in EXPLODED!!

I'm not talking cracked or a piece broke off...

I mean EXPLODED!!

It had been in for about 4.5 hours.
Checked on it at 3:30...fine
4:30...boom

Check it out!

Cleaned out the stove of all the "juice", plopped it on a metel pan and we're back in business!

That tray has been around a while, not a new one.
Glad DW wasnt basting at the time.
The whole front chunk was lying in the bottom at the door.

MERRY CHRISTMAS

Hey 3Guys! Glad you are feeling better and that the exploding pan stayed in the oven...something you guys will no doubt laugh about later on!

I had more fun that night at the Toy Story Mania Meet than I can remember having in a very long time! And I thought it was way too cool that you and your family were pulled out of line and given VIP status all night--that's exactly how it should have been.

You have a very fun family, and so nice! Of course when you walked up, we were expecting you, but even so, I just knew it was you though I'd never seen you before.


I can't even describe the feeling of meeting everyone from here that was there. Truly, I felt like I was getting to see longtime friends. It was like that the whole time.

We laughed and laughed all night, almost running to get back on the ride and screaming excitedly when they let us stay on for another go. Even the cast members were enjoying the fun atmosphere. Of course that was also due to Cathie sneaking them goodies!

I really wish everyone here could have been there...what a special group of people and a group that I am very glad to be a part of!


AND A VERY HAPPY MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM ME TOO!!!!!!

The shot you posted of the MVMCP parade is amazing! Now I know what you were seeing that night I first talked to you--I wish I had your view, but that will be something to look forward to for next time!

Thanks Marshay, and you are very welcome! I have looked forward to getting to send postcards from DW for soooo long now! I love getting them too, but getting to send them just can't be beat!!!

The pic of the empty umbrella tables was in the middle of the afternoon. It had rained pretty hard that day, maybe that is why it appears so empty. It was a very fun day to be there even in the rain, and Cathie actually got to get out for awhile that afternoon and come too! I was so so glad!

Yeah, Amy! Happy 2008. Get your snowboard out, we'll come by and pick you up. Twas a pretty nice day yesterday in the Great Pacific Northwest and I washed the Prius, so what is it doing today? Vickie and I don't care - we're going to Mazatlan Sunday for eleven days!! Double Yeah!!

Hi Disney Friends,

I know many of you were lucky enough to hit Disney for the holidays....you lucky duck......but somehow the Fleagles were hit with a touch of that pixie dust.

First....Meggin.....she is AMAZING! She surprised us and sent us a wonderful Disney ornament and some pins....what a thoughtful surprise. She really does spread that pixie dust everywhere!

And then we got a package from our special Disney castmember friend, Bill, with a couple of goodies for the kids.

The girls with their super comfy Cinderella Castle blanket! Seriously....that is the softest blanket I've ever felt!!!!!

Anyway, I'm so happy for all of you who were able to see the world for real, but we're thrilled that we too got a bit of Disney magic.
