Absolutely.
In PI, most people assume that the audience is 21 or over or at least 18. There are many innuendoes and adult based humor. Depending on the particular set of people, it can get out of hand. I've been there when a few improv'd lines were slightly offensive, but most of the time I find it thoroughly entertaining but decidedly ADULT.
I think Disney may be intimidated to not allow children inside their bars and clubs if a parent wants to bring them, but it really isn't an appropriate place for kids who might become upset if all the jokes are over their heads, or if they feel unwelcome, or for kids who are older and might be embarrassed if they do understand the jokes.
And if I'm at the bar getting my Kungaloosh, the last thing I want to do is bump into a stroller and three toddlers. It's a BAR. When I see that it makes me so sad for them, especially when it's midnight or later. It's time for some chocolate milk and a bedtime story, not the bar scene.
