The 2010 DIS Forum Disneyland Paris Awards

So it's that time again, after a 2 year break, for the DIS Forum Disneyland Paris Awards! They have been done 3 times previously and you can see the results here:

2005 DIS Forum Disneyland Paris Awards

What I'm asking for at this point is suggestions for new categories. Have a look at the 2008 Awards to see the most recent list of categories.

Voting will be left open for a couple of months and then the results will be revealed at Christmas. Once the categories have been decided I'll start a new thread for the voting, which will be by PM.

When the voting starts it's open to absolutely everyone, whether you've been 1 time or 100 times - your opinion will still count

Great to see this back again, Steve.

How about a category for characters? Something like the best character or best character experience?

Sounds like a great idea.

I was also thinking of a 'Best Attraction Overall' category - be nice to see Pirates of the Caribbean vs. Animagique vs. It's A Small World vs. The Castle, for example.

Plus I thought about splitting the 'Best Park/Studios/Village' into 3 categories and also having a 'Best Overall Restaurant' category.

^ Yes I like the sound of that category.

How about something like 'Best staff costumes?' meaning the land that has the staff dressed the best (frontier, adventure, discovery, TSPL etc)

Unless anyone has any more ideas then voting will start soon with the old categories plus the new suggestions from the previous few posts.

Should be interesting to see how people vote with so much new stuff added to the resort since the last time we did this in 2008.
