Ok, I need your advice again please.....
We arrive at the BC this Saturday evening (10pm ish). We have a one night room only reservation and than a 7day package reservation. I called BC yesterday to have them note on the reservations that we would like to stay in the same room all 8 nights (central WDW reservations said not guaranteed, so I figured I'd call), and again requested a "full balcony" (DH would really enjoy as this while myself and our 3 DD's get ready in the room). She said she noted it. I asked if I should do "online checkin," and she said I could just check in when we get there.
Also, our ME paperwork states Sunday arrival. I called WDW reservations and confirmed they have us for Saturday with the correct flight number. She said to cross off the 17th and write in the 16th.
Is there anything else I can do to be sure this all goes smoothly? I may be worrying needlessly - last minute panic?
Oh, I've also confimed with gardengrocer.com. Now we just need to start packing after work (how hard can that be)![]()
You should be fine. If you get there on Saturday and the room doesn't have a full balcony (if we are full, this could happen), then don't unpack, go back down to the front desk, ask them to set up a room change for you the next day to a full balcony (when one is available), go to sleep and I'll see you Sunday morning. Obviously, this wouldn't be the best case scenario, but we can't guarantee you'll get a full balcony late Saturday night but I'm sure we could move you into one when one becomes open on Sunday.
