I think all your assumptions are correct. They have OJ, milk (and cereal boxes), coffee and specialty coffees for purchase.

It is quite a small venue - a counter and a few seats.

In the evening, they put in a couple of bar stools and serve cocktails. Pretty cool!

Thanks!! We're only there for one night before heading to WL but a nice quick breakfast like that would be nice before heading to AK for the morning!!

We just returned from the 5th floor, and yes, the rooms are all done. The lounge is now finished as well. They were in the process of putting in the new mattresses while we were there, in fact we had to wait a bit for our room as they were putting the new ones in our room. I was a bit surprised to see the mattresses were being done after the refurbs were "finished" but it was way cool to be the 1st people to sleep in the bed!

I'll try and get a full report up tomorrow.

TeenaS - It was great to meet you in person! We made it home in one piece...

Thanks for the update on the beds and Concierge lounge! We'll be at the YC Concierge after Thanksgiving.. I would love to hear about your trip and see photos too!! How fun to be the 1st person to use the beds!

Hey DisneyMomx7 , Quick question for you. When you were at the BC Deluxe room was the quite pool busy at night? Really liked the info that you gave me about the patio, quite pool and the laundry being so convenient so I changed my request. I am keeping my fingers crossed that we are able to get by the quite pool. If not, that's ok. I am happy to be staying there. TIA.

So we're all checked in! We booked a standard room but we have a wonderful view of the lake and Boardwalk. We also got a king room, which I am beyond thrilled with!!!!!

I'll try and post pics later. Not sure if I have the right cable here or not.

we come to the Beach club every year, sometime twice a year...
We even had wedding photos taken with him this past April........
can you please talk to him and ask him to email us.....
we had something for him from our wedding we were going to bring with
us to give him on our next visit.....
He cannot retire....we wont allow it.....lock the doors, keep him in

Im just kidding....but can you really talk to him and ask him to email us his home address if he feels comfortable doing it...
I can PM you our names and email address...
If you talk to him tell him we are the wedding couple from April 28th...

I never get to see Art so I can't give him any messages. I only work on his days off. But how in the world he has made it 18 years on his feet, five days a week, is beyond me. I'm two years younger than he is and once in a while I'll work a whole week and it takes me a another week to get my lower back and my feet out of pain.

If you write to him at the Beach Club, he'll get it before his last day.

Are all of the rooms at the Beach club renovated?? I am going in January i have a standard view booked, and i could only find one pic of the new rooms.. and none of the Yacht Club! So does anyone have any picture i can see.. and also has every room been renovated?? I really want to have those new bed spreads!!

All the BC rooms were renovated last year.

There is a thread in the Resort Photos with pictures of the renovated BC rooms - very pretty. Might be some pics on this thread too. It was hard to find photos of the new YC rooms, but those rooms are just being completed - there is a couple of pics of a club level YC new room. Sorry I can't be of more help with links. I just went through every page, beginning at the end of the thread and found some pics that way.

I love how light and airy the BC rooms look - can hardly wait until December!!

When we went the quiet pool wasn't busy at all at night. Usually just a few people swimming and we NEVER heard any noise from the pool at all. My kids used to love to take a quick dip before they turned in for the night.
