I'm checking in at BC on Monday and I called them today to find out the answer to this but I'm not quite sure if the woman on the phone understood what I meant.
I surprised my parents with an upgrade to waterview and I wanted to make sure they don't find out about it until we get into the room. I asked the woman if it was possible that they could make a note not to mention it and she said they already don't because the guest knows what they booked already. I just figured it was common practice to confirm with the guest what kind of room they booked
.
Does anyone know if they actually don't mention anything at check in?
