Well, this is my second attempt at this chapter. I was almost done when I managed to hit some key and delete the whole thing.

If I weren't so determined to get caught up, I would just go to bed.
So, we had filled our bellies and were ready for some more. Still not TSM time, so we were off to find something else to do and saw this:
TGMR it was and it is always good when you are able to enter the double door instead of the line outside. The wait didn't begin until we got to the big movie screen room.

Now, my folks were worried about how long the wait would be since there were that many people in line, but I explained that the vehicles were really large and sure enough, we never stood still more than a minute.
We get in the second row of the vehicle

and I manage to get this photo w/o a flash:
So then the CM steps in and announces "No Flash Photography" and of course my whole family points at me and the CM says "Now I know which one to watch!" I screw up once and see how I get treated.

And then just before the CM turns around, someone in the very back uses their flash, the CM looks at me and I replied, "It wasn't me!"
Now we were hoping that this ride would mess with my Mothers mind since there were actually real people in some of the scenes, but she caught on.
I did get a couple of good shots:
Don't worry, no flash was used.
So we had made it this far without taking Jacob on his favorite ride, but that was the end of it, he wasn't going to go any further until we rode Star Tours:
The CM asks how many in my party and my poor Mother can not figure it out, we just crack up and of course give her a hard time about it. Then when she gets in the Star Cruiser, she makes a comment about not needing the seat belt because we aren't going to move.

She changed her mind after the ride.
We spent some time in Tattoine Traders of course. WDW was still having the sale with 40% off all t-shirts and coffee mugs, so we purchased a t-shirt and mug with Yoda standing in front of the height limit sign and the slogan "Judge Me By My Size Do You". Tried to get Jacob to pick out a shirt, but he was preoccupied looking at lightsabers. I was not going to buy another light saber. I think I picked up 5 off his playroom floor this afternoon.
Now we had time for one more thing before TSM, so we did Muppet Show 3-D:
Now, one thing I hate about WDW is how they force you to fill up areas and then you have 200 people trying to fit through four or five doors with everyone trying to be the first in. Somehow my folks ended up first and they got all confused which row to get into, so JS went down one, Mom went down another, and Dale yet another. We finally got our party together and sat down in the next to back row. Mom really enjoyed this one.
Now it was time for TSM. Of course, we are on the other side of the park, so we make the long trek over. My Mother sees someone asleep on a bench and decides she has to do the same. I was not going to let her miss TSM, even if I had to drag her. So, I slow down with her, JS and Dale are way ahead of us and Jacob is inbetween us all. So I am trying to keep Mom moving and keep an eye on Jacob. We get to TSM and I believe the stand-by line was over 60 minutes by this time and the FP's for the day were gone. We got in line and were handed one of these:
Why would they hand someone in the FP line one of these, shouldn't they be for the stand-by line.
My crazy parents were going to enjoy this one:
Jacob rode by himself, so JS and I finally got to compete and here are our scores. Yes, he beat me in points, but I beat him in accuracy:
Now we were getting thirsty and hungry, but didn't want to eat too much because we had ADR's in just a couple of hours. We stopped at the place next to HISTK playground. Dale had a beer, Mom went off in search of an ice cream, JS and I split a chicken wrap and Jacob played the DS (sorry no food porn). Now, when Mom came back with her ice cream, she decided to find a table out of the sun, well the rest of us had decided to see LMA. She tries to get us to stay or just leave her there, but finally agreed to go when we said it is a 30 minute show.
(This is where I managed to delete everything earlier, lets see if I can manage not to do that this time.) Now, the pics above are why I wanted my new camera. My Kodak was never quick enough to get action shots like that. It had to wait about 5 seconds between shots.
So we exited LMA and Jacob spotted a Mickey Head:
Now, JS was ready to leave for our ADR, but my folks wanted to do the Backlot Tour. I thought we should do the Backlot Tour, since this may be their only chance to get to do it, so JS agreed to see how long the wait was. It was about 30 minutes, so he agreed. Now, in this line there was a family whose Mother was in one of those scooters going very slow. Her family wouldn't even slow down for her, and of course we had no choice, so we took baby steps up until we could divide into different lines, we made sure not to get behind them. We kept talking about the poor woman is probably the one who paid for their trip (we determined this by the size of the diamond on her finger.)
Now, this is where my Mother finally said something that is so typical of my very smart Mother who has her moments. During LMA we kept seeing a helicopter, probably one of the tour ones. Well, when the people on the boat point up and the bombs are dropped my Mother states, "That is why the helicopter is up there, for sound effects."

We all lost it at this point. We gave her a hard time about that comment the rest of the week and I am sure Dale still is.
Will continue in next post because I am sure I have the maximum number of images or at least close to it.
