That Darn Bag!

Hey guys! This is my first post-DH, DS's (1&3 at time of sailing) are booked on the Sept 18th Magic! YAHOOO our first vacation ever. This year will be our 10th anniversary, and we figured what the heck-let's go for it.

Anyway, got my DVD and I just love that red, white, and blue drawstring/backpack type tote that almost everyone in the DVD seems to be sporting. Searched EVERYWHERE to find it (am a bag freak and would love that to be my carry on bag for the boys!). Any thoughts?

Sorry..Can't help you with the bag question. But wanted to extend a warm welcome to the disboards...you will find tons of information and wonderful people.

(My only suggestion is perhaps reach out to Disney and ask them where the bag is from on their promotional DVD..never hurts to ask.)

Didn't get my DVD yet...still waiting. So I cannot help you with that. If it has the DCL logo somewhere on it, I'd say you could buy it onboard or on Castaway Cay!

Can't help with the bag, but we are on the same cruise! You will have a great time! This will be our 5th cruise. Just keep reading this board, they have wonderful advice and information to share. I am always learning new things from other cruisers.

LOL! I got my DVD last week, and my kids are already sick of hearing me talk about that bag!!! I want one soooo bad! I hope they are available somewhere on the ship!

I have that bag from a couple of years ago. Not sure if it is still available anymore.
You might check ebay or on the cruise meets board to see if some kind soul will check on an upcoming cruise to see if they are still available.

Ches is talking about the Cruise Line promotional DVD that you can order at www.disneycruise.com. It doesn't come with a bag, but the bag was seen in the video.

Just got off the 2/21 eastern and the bag is still available on board. We purchased onboard last year and used it again this year as it is a great bag.

and I LOVE it. I think I got it at Mickey's Mates and it was $50.

My wife got that bag because we ran out of luggage room as we were packing to leave the Magic. We paid $40.00 at Treasure Ketch. It holds alot.

I saw that bag on ebay last week and I think it only sold for $20.00! Now that's a savings!
