I'm thinking of squeezing in a short trip this Thanksgiving... How awful will the crowds be??? I'm kinda used to crowds at WDW... I've been over Easter, right before New Year's, and President's Week. How is the weather at the end of Nov? Are the park hours typically longer? Thanks!

We were there Sat-Wed before Thanksgiving 2 years ago. MK was a little crowded, but the rest of the parks were WONDERFUL. On Wed when we left it seemed to be getting more crowded. I hope others post to give more info. We are also going that week, but or going through saturday this time.

we went last year from 11-6/11-17 and had a great time. the weather was good and the crowds were not too bad, although it did seem to be picking up a little by the end of the trip.

this year, we are going from 11-11/11-26 and looking forward to spending thanksgiving there. with so many trips recently, and 16 days there this trip,i'm not worried so much about the crowds and that we will miss much-i know we'll be back soon!

I'm thinking of going Nov 24 (day before Thanksgving) - Monday Nov 29... I'm a teacher here in MA, so unfortunately I'm stuck with travelling during school vacations.

Hey Jen In MA...I'm going to be there from Nov.24 to Nov.30.First time to see the christmas decorations!

We arrive on Thanksgiving Day and leave on Wed, 12/1. My understanding is that MK is a zoo on T-Day itself. Then it's pretty busy thru Sat/Sun. But starting with Sunday it gets really nice as far as crowds go. We're having T-day dinner at Chef Mickeys. That's as close to MK as I'm gonna get that day. Maybe do Epcot. Have fun planning!!

We will arrive on Tues 23 Nov - no parks that day.
Hoping to get Illum cruise! If not then FW petting zoo, FW campfire, maybe Poly for cocktails and EWP & Wishes

Wed will be a full Epcot day.

Turkey Day - NO PARKS! Dinner, pool, shopping, NFL Dallas Vs. Chicago 4:15 PM

The rest of our schedule will be built around the new EMH hours.

We will follow an "every other day" plan. I.E. Major Park up early-Water Park sleep in-Major Park-Water Park-ETC ETC

If I were you, I'd go back in time to early Dec. of last year and read some of those old posts. I was thinking of a Thanksgiving week trip until I read posts about it being inbelievably crowded.
