Thanksgiving week rates?

What kinds of rates have you received in the past for the entire week of Thanksgiving at moderates, FW cabins, and WL? We are planning to be there Sunday-Saturday. Thanks!

Also, how are the parks the few days leading up to Turkey day? AT DLR they aren't too bad.

Well here is what I know. This year thanksgiving is now Regular season, in the past it was value. I believe AP rate were available in 2005. In 2004 I was unable to get AP rates for AKL but i remember the mods were avail.

We were there last year from the Sunday before Thanksgiving to the day after and the only day that we found was horribly crowded was Thanksgiving day. I followed the advice in the Unofficial Guide as to what park to visit each day.

Using their advice was the single best thing I did to prepare! I found that avoiding Magic Hour helped us to avoid the long lines. Magic Hour seems to attract megacrowds!
We enjoyed that Nov. trip so much that we are thinking about going again this year at the exact same time! Too bad they changed it from value to regular season at the resorts.
We got good rates last year at CBR. I think it was 119 a night.
This year I am torn between POFQ and Pop, I am trying to keep the cost down as we are going to Universal for 6 nights in June! (can't wait, I've never been)
Anyway, enjoy your trip RangerPooh, I think you will find the crowds pretty bearable!
