We are looking for a Thanksgiving Day dinner outside of the parks. Any recommendations would be appreciated! :confused3

We definitely wanted to eat Thanksgiving dinner outside the parks. We chose Artist Point. It's more expensive, but others who've been there said it's really nice. I wanted a more economical choice-Yacht Club Galley or Boma's, but DH won out since his mother is coming with us.

Before you get too set on where you want to eat, you might want to call and see what is even available at this point. I was surprised at the lack of choices when I called a week ago. Boma had nothing for a party of 3 from opening until something like 8:30 at night, for example.

Thanks for the tips. I will get a reservation in today. Our only disappointing Disney meal was at the 1900 Park Fare on Christmas one year. Not bad, just not as good as most. Also, I did go to the site that has the recommendations. I am wondering what people have experienced that has been good.

My family is going to MK Thanksgiving Day (I know, glutton for punishment). But, we plan on leaving early and heading to Trail's End for Thanksgiving dinner followed by the campfire and movie.
