Thanksgiving 2007!!!

OK, no fair posting a picture like that when I'm sitting here at working getting ready to enjoy a fabulous cup of yogurt for lunch :rolleyes1!

As far as not being able to do everything...I'm not at all worried. We've been to WDW many times and still haven't done everything there either! (Besides if I try to do a commando cruise where we do everything then I won't have an excuse to come back...just don't tell the hubby though! :thumbsup2

Karen

Its pictures like this that reaffirm why we cruise Disney.:thumbsup2 Last cruise I put down three tails and one prime rib:banana: and yes I was hurting the next few hours.

Thanks for the photo Lampy.

Hey, how is your daughter? (Since having the accident.)

Priscilla

Thanks for asking Pricilla, she is doing fine, back to normal just a small scratch left above her left eye....just a lot more cautious....she now understands why Kim was worried when she was out late at night......Finally got ins. settlement (4500 more than I paid hehehehehe) but can't find a Bug to replace it so I got her a Grand Prix GT for the time being......tough being the Daughter of a General Mgr of a car dealership.....:rotfl2:

I am so concerned about not getting the dolphin encounter. My DS and I really want to do it. I guess tonight I will find out if we get to reserve it or not. All I can do is hope.

Does she like the Grand Prix better?

Hey thanks for that info! Hopefully they'll be able to ship me a new sweatshirt. That cruise was so much fun! It is killing me just stopping by here and not having a Disney Cruise reserved!

Hugs,
Kris

Yea!!! We were able to book excursions and Palo!!! :cool1: :thumbsup2 I am soooo excited!!! :thumbsup2 :cool1: I hope everyone was able to book what they wanted!!

Lisa

I didn't book our Palo brunch until this morning, but they still had some slots left. It's filling up quickly, though!

Unfortunately, we're not able to book yet (maybe tomorrow?):confused3 I'm hoping that we'll still be able to book the brunch. If we have to, we can live without the dinner, but it's the brunch I don't want to miss.:sad2:

Please say your prayers for us!

Priscilla

:wizard: for you, Priscilla!!! :wizard:

BTW, I heard back from Pat, the DISer who is going to design a cruise logo for us. She says she's very busy right now, but will try to get to our design soon. I can't wait to see it! :)

We got everything we wanted!! We got the dolphin excursion, the Pirate excursion at GC, all our spa treatments and even a Palo Brunch and Dinner at the times that worked for us. :woohoo: :woohoo: Now all I have to sit and wait for the days to count down. :cloud9:

Is everyone keeping an eye on Hurrican Dean? Could it hit the Caymans? I'm really looking forward to going there. I'm hoping it doesn't hit the part we're suppose to visit. My niece left this morning on her honeymoon to St. Thomas and when they checked yesterday, the island had received little rain. And all flights were still on schedule. So I'm hoping we're that lucky.
I can't wait to see the design for the t-shirts.
Well, our school :teacher: starts back tomorrow so I'll know we'll be busy. My oldest DD is starting 6th gr. and starting a new school. Wish us luck! :wizard: Hope everyone has a safe & exciting new school year!!
Melinda

School starts here tomorrow also. Mason is very excited about being a 3rd grader!! :thumbsup2

In 2004 we visited GC after hurricane Ivan hit. The Caribbean Islands rely on tourism so they do everything they can to repair what needs to be repaired. We missed Cozumel in 2005 because of the damage caused by Wilma. However, when we visited Cozumel in 2006, the pier and all of the touristy areas were rebuilt. I hope that everyone on the Islands affected by Dean stays safe!! :wizard:

Good luck to all of the kids starting school tomorrow! :wizard:

We don't start until the 28th. We find out tomorrow if the teachers are going to strike this year. I sure hope they get everything settled soon.

I've been on the DCL website for almost an hour now trying to complete our Palo brunch/dinner and massage reservations. I think I'm hanging in cyberspace. I've even phoned DCL to find out if any help is available.:sad2: It's just a very busy time right now.

I'm so relieved to get the time slots we want, but I'm wondering if I'm ever going to be able to click the 'submit' button.

More pixie dust please:rotfl2:

Priscilla

Priscilla, Here's some :tinker: pixie dust. Hope you got the times you wanted.

Well, I guess my girl's growing up. She loved 6th grade and my other DD, loved 3rd, but she's got the same teacher her sister had, so that's helps a little.
I've been looking at the pictures on this site from the Disney Magic. They're great! I've been looking at the menus and ports. Just FANTASMIC :smickey: If you know of more, let me know.
Melinda

Lampy-

You are a very good daddy!! I'm glad that your daughter is doing well!!

Lisa

Priscilla-

I hope you were able to get the reservations you wanted!! :wizard:

Lisa

We booked the Stingray City Snorkel and City Tour for Grand Cayman and the Xcaret Tour for Cozumel.

For Palo, we booked brunch on Monday and dinner on Tuesday.

Lisa :cheer2:
