Just sent a LONG but much needed letter of appreciation to WDW Customer Relations department about the exceptional staff at the Polynesian. They helped make our trip wonderful! 
Special thanks to the great folks on the DIS boards who really helped with planning and my August 2012 DISers on Facebook for giving me an outlet to go Disney nerdy in an area that was much accepted!
