Just had a *very* quick DL trip (10/5-10/7) and wanted to thank everyone on here for their help. I was able to get reservations for everything I wanted. We spent one day in DL and one day in CA. Also had tix for Oogie Boogie nights which was a lot of fun. Really enjoyed Ronto Roasters and the Schwarma truck. Every Star Wars ride broke while we were on it (LOL) but we still managed to get them all in. I am not a good 'rides' person but was really pleased with myself that I mustered up the courage to ride Goofy's Sky School (which I will not be riding again! LOL). Followed that trip with a trip to Vegas which was the original plan. As we're from 'out east' we thought this would probably be a good chance to see DisneyLand since it was so close to Vegas. All the flights were on time which was really nice. My friends on Southwest (to Vegas) were nervous the entire time!

Thanks again!

Goofy's Sky School and Rocket Rods Astro Orbiter are on my no-ride list. The ride vehicles are just a little too small for me to comfortably get in/out during the loading process. Pretty sure I tweaked muscles on both of those rides.

Matterhorn is almost on my no-ride list for the same reasons... but the ROI is a little higher.

Glad you had a great trip!

Wait -- are they back? I sure wish we could get the PeopleMover back ... but, please, not Rocket Rods! 8-)

Goofy's Sky School is one of the most terrifying rides of all time! I went on with my husband, thinking it was a "kiddie, carnival ride" but wow! I doubt I'll ever get him on that one again. LOL

That ride is brutal!! I terrifies me everytime. I always make sure to get anyone who has never been on that ride. If they can do that anything else is a breeze... Everytime I hit the corner I think "is this the time I am going over the edge?"

Related Story: on one visit, it was lightly raining and Goofy’s Sky School is known to shutdown in the rain. The return time for MP was only like 5 minutes in the future so we would get a FP for it and then 5 minutes later it would turn into a Multiple Experience FP. We basically printed them for like 30 minutes while waiting in the RSR FP line (which was fairly backed up).

We may be part of the reason we can’t have nice things anymore. 🤣

This was the reason the 30 minute rule was implemented. After the change, if you got a FP with a return time less than 30 minutes away, you had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes to get your next FP.
