I know right..As I stated up above, I've never encountered anything like this at all...And their attitude was like, oh well, What would u like me to do... I'm starting to rack up a bunch of points too, which has got me double guessing now...

I wouldn't worry about it. I still like JetBlue, but the last trip was 3 hours delayed each way. It happens. JB is growing and there might be some growing pains in irregular operations. It's not like AA, UA or DL are amazing when stuff goes wrong either. It's just anecdotal anyways.
