"Thank You For Smoking" + 13 year old

Has anyone seen this movie in terms of sexual content? I've read many reviews (Movie Mom etc) I'm not overly concerned about the language (I am a realist who has coached teenagers for the over 10 years and have overheard their conversations, regardless of how pure their parents think they are, I know what words they know and use) but can't seem to find a definitive explanation of the sexual content. Yes I know it it rated "R" but I have let my son watch some rated "R" movies after having watched them myself ie. All The Presidents Men/The Matrix. Please no flames/judgement just looking for someone who knows the answer to my question.

Just a clarification - it is "Thank You for Smoking". It is about a tobacco lobbyist, hence the title.

But I haven't seen the movie, only read the summary.

there's a fairly graphic sex scene for a 13 yr, IMHO. If you wait till DVD, you can just skip that scene.
