She was last Winter on the Fantasy and Summer 22 on the Med and TA on the Magic

Sometimes Snow comes to visit the ships. I was lucky to hang out with her a couple of contracts ago
As far as I know, she is not currently on any of the ships as a character you can meet, but I think she does still appear in some shows

I do still have some free time to spend with Cindy in the parks
