DH LOVES his.

Great list, Jo. My list changed a little this week. My uncle was in a bus vs. bicycle accident on Monday. He was taken off of life support Wednesday. He was a world traveler who loved WDW. I plan to offer up a toast in Epcot to a man that has stood on the Great Wall of China, been surfing in Costa Rica, has been to Alaska and back over twenty times, and has been places I can only dream of.

That's a lovely sentiment and a bunch of people who have never met your uncle will be happy to honour him with you. :hug:

Yay!! I'm not the only blind Focker! :3dglasses
NO, I'm blind too. And I forget to take pics! :sad2:

Sorry to be a downer. I wasn't going to say anything, but your list made me think.

Kate...:hug: I'm sorry honey. Toast one up for me! :hug:

9) Get rid of my golfers tan on my legs :rotfl2:
Jo, are you going pantsless (trouserless? - which is the scary one in British? I meant the outer ones...) in the World? :eek: :rotfl2:

:confused3 I've been thinking of all of you whilst doing the license plate game, so it's only right to do it in the grocery, too! I think I'm only missing Kent for it, too - yep, got Ontario for Lessa. ;)

Can you let us know what day you are doing this so that we can NOT be on the road at time;) :rotfl:
Hey, well that would be 1 less car for me to deal with :rotfl2:

Stalk the Fockers (and actually find them this year;) )
We'll see it when we believe it :rolleyes1 LY!

Note to self: take bus to destination on Aug. ____. :rotfl2:
Hey :mad: :rotfl2:

Hello Weinerfesters!!! OMG it's been so long, how is everyone. Kat's kept up to date on some stuff, it's just been too busy for me to keep up here on the DIS. I figured I better be around more since we'll all be meeting in
Hi Z :wave2:

Jo - with about 2 weeks left, think we're safe to cancel that last ressie and reduce the second one?
I'll do it when I get home :thumbsup2

Hey :headache: :rotfl2:

V - save me a seat on that bus!:thumbsup2

I meant when I'm in my swimsuit, don't worry I won't be going round the parks in just my knickers :rotfl2:

Hey, well that would be 1 less car for me to deal with :rotfl2:

Yeah, see, I'm thinking it would be better to have one less car on the road on the day you are suppossed to be driving, KWIM?

I meant when I'm in my swimsuit, don't worry I won't be going round the parks in just my knickers :rotfl2:

Um, I don't think Mickey wants you wearing just your swimsuit in the parks either. :eek:

popcorn:: Link please:rolleyes1
What she said, I want to beat, um I mean help Kelly with her score.:rolleyes1

Kate, so sorry about your Uncle, he sounds like an AMAZING man! :hug:

Jo, whats a cheating thread? :confused3 popcorn::

~~~~~~~~~~
Well Steve and I did the budget this morning (or yesterday) and I talked him into going to IP DIP FEST!!!! :banana: WOO HOO!
So,,,,please try and keep Biegarten still standing when we get there 2 months later! :lmao: and if someone could test out the tables for our quarters game that would be great!! :woohoo:
Well, I'll miss Janet and all but I'm pretty happy to sit with Kat!!!
:cool1: :cool1:
....Kat maybe we should take some pool breaks? :rolleyes:
I figured I'd break the "Kat needs to hide from the midday sun in a pool or ac convo" until we got there...lol.
Well, I'll still let you hug me:lmao:
;) Thanks!
'
Ok, I'm freakin' rooming with Kat and didn't know she was the itinerary keeper!! HAHAHA. I'll talk to her, we have to finalize our itinerary too! Although I'm sure she's finalized hers.
Oh and my friend Yani might be coming along. I've already talked with Kat about it, but her actual coming isn't official due to work. :headache: She could just sit at our table at Biergarten since it's 8 to a table (or at least that's what it looks like) and our table is at 7. Hope no one minds. :flower3:
LOL..I guess I forgot that o tell you I am the keeper of the itinerary!
It all worked out awesome with the tables in the end!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I am in disbelief that the trip is so soon! I keep trying to forget so I don't feel like every stinkin day is too long!

popcorn:: Link please:rolleyes1
It was ages ago, try searching Buzz tips?!?!?

:lmao: I love the word knickers. :rotfl2:
:rotfl2:

Yeah, see, I'm thinking it would be better to have one less car on the road on the day you are suppossed to be driving, KWIM?
Of course :rolleyes1 :rotfl2:

What she said, I want to beat, um I mean help Kelly with her score.:rolleyes1
And I thought you were a lovely Auntie :sad2: JK I wanted to beat the girls and David :rotfl2:

Jo, whats a cheating thread? :confused3 popcorn::
It was tips on where the highest points targets were in Buzz, thing is trying to remember once you're riding it :rotfl2:

Buzz tips taken from another thread..........

I have read this, but don't know if it's true or not :

There is a hidden Mickey as you come through a round door and spin completely around. If you can hit the hidden Mickey (which is hard) you get a million points.

Also, these do work -I posted this before but maybe it will help :

Don't forget these tips so you can blow your kids scores away!

When you pass the robot on your left (the Rock'em Sock'em type Robot), spin your car around and try to hit the Z on the *back* of the robot's left wrist -- that's 100,000 points.

As you leave the first shooting area, there is a "Z" target on the ceiling above you. If you hit the target directly in the center with the laser, you get 100,000 points per hit.

There is also a hidden target on the wall in the room that shows you the wall video of the flying Zurg ship. You can only see it for a split second while the Zurg ship is stopped and just before it gets destroyed. This is the most challenging one to find and hitting the target(Not Enclosed in a "Z") also gives high bonus points.

The top of the volcano is worth 100,000 points and it will erupt when you hit it.

In the battery room, try to hit the batteries on the bottom -- they'll fall over when you do, and some are worth 50,000 points. Also aim for the tiny batteries -- the smaller they are, the more points they're worth.

Also, after the robot, on your left there will be some creatures on the wall -- the spider is worth 50,000 points.

If you hit the moving wormlike creature that sways left to right that's on your right in the next room, it's worth at least 50,000 points.

It turns out if you hold the trigger of your laser down, you'll occasionally get 1,000 points even if you don't hit anything. When you're going through the red spiral light room, hold your thumb down for a few extra points.

In the room after that, the one with the animated rockets, follow the spaceships until they pause and aim for the Z on them -- if you look closely, you'll see a metal plate on the wall (there's one on each side) under the animation. Hitting those scores 100,000 points, too.

Hello Weiner Friends!

I'm sorry to say that we won't be able to attend Weinerfest. Our AP's expire 8/18 and we just aren't able to renew this year. I know you guys will have lots of fun!!!

Oh S'late. I'm so sorry!:hug:

Okay, now listen... my panties weren't running amuck -

I'm sorry - but this made me:rotfl2:

Kat, I can't find one of all five of us together (I know, shameful. I really need to adopt Lauralee's "Oh look! Photopass!) ;) Do you want us in parts, or shall I keep looking?

You'll all see that I'm right...:snooty: The only way to get good family pictures, IMO...

Okay I feel horrible doing this but I am pulling out of the Biergarten dinner. I have been thinking about it for a while and have consulted my family. It was not an easy decision to make and it has nothing to do with any of you. The only reason I am pulling out of the dinner is that we do not want to spend roughly $150 to eat a restaurant, no matter how good the company, where all we would eat is the roast chicken, we have looked at the menu and all the pictures and the food really is unappealing to us boring eaters.

Sorry to hear that Lessa, but TOTALLY understand. That's a lot of money for chicken:scared: Can't say I blame ya there...

Ok, so last night I did a trial-ish run on my packing. Quiet, Mo. :ssst: And I just realized I'm only taking 2 pairs of shoes!!! :faint: I can't believe it! I'm so excited!!

Janet or LL, how long does it take a package to get to FL? Do you send it UPS or USPS or Fed-Ex? I have got to get my box together!

Sorry - took me a bit to get up off the floor between the trial run of packing and 2 pairs of shoes...

I ship my stuff UPS ground, but from NC it only takes a day - 2 at the max - to get there.

I usually go UPS and it takes about 4-5 days at the cheapest rate. HOWEVER, UPS workers are taking a strike vote on friday, so I will be sending it Priority Mail just in case:thumbsup2

Good idea - make sure you get a tracking number though...

Shhhh. Don't tell anyone but I don't own that many pairs of shoes. I tend to wear the same ones over and over until they fall apart and then go get new ones:confused3 My job I wear alot of dockers and golf shirts and when doing field work mostly wear work type boots. DOn't want any crack needles busting through the sole of the shoe, KWIM!:eek:

Ummmm...you smoke crack...no needles...:rolleyes1 BUT I get where you're going with that. I have to wear work boots every day myself so like you I don't have a ton of shoes. That I wear. I tend to buy them. Then they disappear into my closet. Never to be seen, or worn, again...

So I made a calendar for myself for things to do before the trip...I got an interesting look from KC when I hung it on the wall. LOL.

I have to do that too...have a ton of stuff to do before we leave, plus Michael starts school the morning after we get home so I have to make sure I've got all of his school stuff out and ready to go too...

Can we get an updated list, V? Just wanna know who I'm going to be getting drunk with....:rolleyes1

;)
