Texas to Florida - A trip on the Fantasy

To start - We are all coming down with something. It started with the kids and now my wife & I are getting it. I think it is called PDCLB. It is also known as Post Disney Cruise Line Blues. We got it bad...


Our 1st ever cruise and it’s gonna be on the Fantasy for 7 nights. Woo Hoo


Travelers – The crazy group who traveled by truck 2 days each way.


Ty – Me

Sunnye – Wife

Skye – Daughter (14)

Summer – Daughter (11)




The drive was not to bad… 1100 miles each way, so we made it a 2 day with a break. We got to Cocoa Beach on Thursday late afternoon, had dinner, then Ron Jon’s for shopping. We spent Friday morning at the beach. It was nice. We hit a few souvenir shops. We had dinner at Fish Lips and watched the Dream set sail. Wow, that ship was big. This really was cool because 24hrs later we were waving to the people at Fish Lips.
