The way Texans 'red shirt' kids entering school I'm not surprised that no one noticed.

My DS had at least 1 kid in his kindergarten class that would have legitimately turned 20 his senior year!

Our state high school league that governs high school sports prohibits kids over 19 from playing. People would red shirt kids in our old town and never did the math, many of those kids won't be eligible to play their winter and spring sports. It will be interesting to see what happens.

This wasn't the case of him being older than the other teammates and the coaches not caring - he was posing under a different name and as a 16 year old sophomore.
