Texan check in for Finding Nemo arrivals

I rec'd my Finding Nemo today. Got everything I ordered, the lithos, plush and pin (the exact pin that was in the catalog). Im in Houston so others in Houston--and the rest of Texas--should be getting theirs soon. Let us know if you got yours and if you got everything you ordered.
 
Doesn't look like it, Deena. Were you the only Houston DISer who ordered this?

about USPS losing a shipment of Finding Nemo's headed to Texas. I called and said I hadnt rec'd mine and the first thing the cm asked is if I was in Texas--I said yes and she said the shipment was lost. Even though they knew that they waited til I called to send out another :confused: Anyway I just got it and I THOUGHT maybe someone else did too, lol, guess not.
 

What day did you call? Did you get a airborne express tracking number on the 2nd shipment?
 
Shane I called 11/10--the same day I found the thread about the lost orders. The rep said they would ship one right out and they must have because I had it in about 3 days. I wasnt given a tracking number and it looks like mine just came USPS because there werent any Airborne labels on mine.
 
I think you got the first shipment that was lost. And you will most likely get another shipment.

After calling on Monday I was told I would recieve my shipment in a few days. I got it on Wednesday and was impressed it came in so fast. On thrsday I got a tracking number and shipping notification for a new one and it should come in on the 18th or 19th.

Long story short Im getting 2 shipments in and will have to do work to get them one back.
 
Well Got the 2nd nemo in today. Called to let them know and they said just put return to sender on it and return it to my local post office.
 
I got my order on Wednesday of last week, which leads me to believe it was the lost order. I have not received a second shipment so they must have found the original before they shipped out the second for me.
 
We called about ours and they said to take it back to our local post office. I didnt receive a single discount, coupon, refund or even an apology for all this mess.

Am I wrong to think we deserve to have sort of discount for this delay and now my extra effort of having to go to the P.O.?
