The damned lump in my ear.
It doesn't show outside it's purely internal.
It's on my lobe and it's now all swollen and really sore.

And then it gets infected because I scratch it and then it bleeds...
Ugh.
And then crusts over nastily.
It's usually when I don't have earrings in for a long time and then put some in.
