Is Test Track appropriate for a 3 yr old daredevil? It sounds as if she is allowed to ride with a parent, but I can't quite tell how adventurous it is. Thanks!

If the height requirement is met, I don't see why not. I don't do coasters because of motion sickness, but I love test track. The key is keeping your eyes open so you know what's coming. It's a little harder to do on the inside after the refurb, but outside is easy.
My DD did TT, ToT, Soarin, BTMRR, and ST when she was 3 1/2. She loved them all, but TT is one of her favorites. She actually likes it even better since the refurb. If your child is adventurous, just go for it!
My kids have both been happily riding Test Track since as soon as they hit 40", and one of them is very timid. You shouldn't have any issues if you have a daredevil on your hands.
My mom will ride it- she's 66 and she doesn't do many rides. Our girls rode every ride the second they were tall enough. Disney rides are pretty tame, compared to most amusement parks.
My DS, now 6, was riding TT just before he turned 3. He is a little daredevil, and has ridden every ride as soon as he was tall enough. He made us go on EE 4 times in one day on our last trip (first time he was tall enough to ride). And he loves ToT and Space Mountain.

My oldest was 3 1/2 the first time we went. We ended up on TT 6 times. Once, he announced how awesome it was when we finished, and a CM took us through a door, up over the track and back to the front of the line. It was a really slow time (we had been on BTMR earlier in the trip, and we were allowed to stay on the train for a 2nd ride as there was no one in line). Have fun!
I think Test Track is one of the best rides for little kids. They are already accustomed to riding in a car so it's not as intimidating as a rollercoaster.....and there are no drops.
Or on a mountain road with some turns. It isn't a coaster. It's driving in a convertible at 65mph at the fastest. I would class this as a thrill ride at all.
