test Part 8

[Big Dude]

Good morning everyone. Had a wonderful day yesterday. Woke up to my little girl giving me kisses. Opened some cards and had breakfast. Read a few books with the 7 yo then watched some World Cup and the NASCAR race. Filled the pool up and watched the 2 little ones swim around then played the game of Life with the kids. All in all a great day. Thanks for the Father's day wishes.

Morning all!

It's a slooowww moving monday for me!

ocm--The games went okay....they won the first one and got their butts kicked the second but one kid got sick and the other might have broke his foot...couldn't walk on it hardly at all. He got cleated on the foot basically the other kid stepped on his foot as he was crossing the base. He had a big knot on his foot...not looking good for him.

muffy--i can't believe today is your last day! My kids have been out for about a month already. We go back the 17th of August.

Mac--i am glad you are starting to feel better. You need to go and get that lab work done....no putting it off!

Mic--i know what you mean by moving slow today...hopefully i kick myself in the butt because I need to get a few things done today!

Ed--You really need to come out of my closet and make an appearance here seems you have been mia here.

adam-- hey, adam has been mia too!!! think they are in my closet together?!?!?
Just kidding to the both of ya!!!

Bob--hope you drop in soon!

deena--when do the classes start?

Well looks like my dh is getting a 3 day weekend. Its been raining really hard here and several areas are flooded--included all the area around UPS so he cant get in. My BIL/SIL were supposed to leave for Las Vegas today at 7:30 am but they couldnt get out of my in laws and the airports werent flying any then anyway. The managed to resch for 4pm this afternoon out of Hobby so hopefully the airport is flying by then.
I have my niece, Mellissa, and nephew, Alec for the week so the kids are having a ton of fun and I get in some girl time with my niece.

Wicked fun!! Girl bonding is always fun no matter what age. I'm sure she and Matthew will have fun together.

pam - the grammer schools actually have school till friday.
we go back to school the wednesday after Labor Day.

which is why we've been to wdw end of August the last few years.
it's very hot but the crowds atren't that bad because many of the schools are back.

last year it seemed everyone was from the eastcoast or new york area and
England.

that is great that your dh has a three day weekend, but to bad it has to rain so much....just think of all those bloodsuckers swarmming now!

Wow, I didn't realize Chris got out so late as well! I wish we would go year round though...that way we could take vacations other than in the summer!

Hi all.....been kept pretty busy all morning, had a mass mailing I've been working on...then mail, then other stuff, then the phones...whew...THEN SERVER BUSY when I DO try and come visit

Glad our fellas had super Father's Day's, they all are the greatest and deserve the best! It was a laid back day at our house.

Mac, go get those tests tomorrow!! Don't wait, behave and fast when you are supposed to so you can go get them done. I don't go back til the 27th for stitches out

Pam, sorry about Trent getting cleated. That hurts too.........hope it isn't too bad.

Ed is on his way to the sea of dreams........ I bet this week will drag waiting for the time to leave to get here...HEY BABY....how 'bout them Sox this weekend? Dramatic huh? LOL....savor every win like its the Series and seeing the Yanks nose dive to the Nationals and then for Soriano to be the one to help the Nat's win...

Deena, sorry about all that rain, send some east, we have had none and it sure looks it around here...but hey, take it any way you can to get a 3 day weekend. That is sucky about your family not getting out of the airport on time, but hopefully it won't put much of a damper on the trip...heck, it's VEGAS...........you always have fun in Vegas. Enjoy your niece and nephew too, that is cool they are staying with you.

School just got out last Monday here...and I think they go back the very end of August, it is usually before Labor Day. It was always after Labor Day when I went to school, but it seems they start earlier every year. Year round is ok Pam, but my gs has that and it is weird times off, but as you say, there are some breaks in cooler weather.
