OK..Confession time!! I'm one of "those" people that walks around in her Jammies. Not that any of you are shocked. :lmao:

If I was in my hotel room, changed into Jammies for the night, but needed ice., I wouldn't think twice about going to the ice machine and grabbing ice in my jammies. I just wouldn't think anything of it. Now, I wouldn't walk out naked or anything, but I don't normally pack a robe, so I wouldn't think to wear one.

Usually, Lee tells me to change or tells me he'll get it, since I'm "not dressed." But, I'm one of those people that just doesn't think about it unless my husband points it out to me.

I'll walk outside in my Jammies too.

Morning Everyone :teeth:

I'm exahusted, but I have a full day today. The kids have camp this week :thumbsup2 And Lee has a softball game tonight that we will all go to.

Lee did just help me out this morning. I've been writing trip reports from my last trip. The thing is, I don't have word on my computer. So, what I was doing is hitting, post new topic, writing the entire day in one sitting, posting it, rereading it, trying ot fix mistakes and typos in the posts. It was taking me forever to do it, plus, then I would start chatting with people and forget that they were there. (Sorry BTW)

Anyway, I asked if ther ewas anyway to install word and explained what was going on.

"It takes me forever to write these things. If I push "Post report" halfway through, it would only be half finished and it wouldn't look good. But i can't close it becuase I would lose everything that I had written thus far."

But, he told me that in the accessories folder on my computer there is this light version of Word called Wordpad.

Sure enough it's there!!! :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

No more staying up until midnight or 1 am trying to write these things. YAY!!

I only wish I had known for the last trip report, but better late than never :teeth:

mac - set them "suits" straight during your conf. call.

mic - why am I surprised w/the boxer as outerwear report? IMO, Sopranos was very anticlimatic & slow this season. Hope they step it up a notch in the last 8 episodes. Forgot about Deadwood. I've only seen a few, DH usually catches them.

ocm ...long as you're not out in Victoria's Secret jammies or mickey boxers
wink.gif
I always drive my kiddos to school wearing jammies & slippers. My mom was shocked when she found out, of course, she's still worried about her kids wearing nice looking underwear in case we're in an accident.

Taking 2 middle DS out to lunch today, then youngest to orthodontist for his bottom braces. We've got a bb game scheduled very far away tonight, not sure how sore DS will be, guess I'll play it by ear.

DH got stuck working midnight this week, the first in ages. Expect him to be a bear by the end of the week. The main reason I got to packing so early, didn't want to keep running in & out the the bedroom & wake him up/get the hairy eye-ball.

     when the nanners are gone, so am I.

i am still waiting for the call back from the insurance company on the 3 way call that was set up prior.

aargg...........

we were cancelled from bs bc end of april and picked up humana may 11

my deductibel is high on the new company, $5000.
i paid over $3300 so far on bcbs before we were cancelled and they have to send that info to the new carrier . the new copany will give me full credit towards my deductible with them.

that is why i have the 3 way call set up.

the surgeon wants $1800 down payment before surgery since he thinks i do not have anything paid into my deductible.

as of today, i have bills of $1900 for all these tests and doc appointments the past 2 weeks. i should be in like flint but the posting is behind with the compnays and i am caught in the middle.

i need a xanax..............

and i am rambling.

i need a valium but hten that would make me fall asleep......lol

sorry i can't respond to the previous posts you all have made. i am self absorbed right now and needed to vent.

i know you understand.

thanks

UH..UM...right. :rotfl2:

They are Victoria secret jammies, but I don't drive my kids to school in them or run to the grocery store in them. I do walk out of my house to get the mail or whatever in them, and I would walk around a hotel I'm staying in, if I knew I wasn't leaving for the night. But, they are Jammies, not lingerie.

You can tell how often I shope @ VS...I thought everything was "see thru";) . I've got a closet full of that fun stuff, every now & then I shake the dust off of it & hang it back up...someday.

Now that summer vacation is here for the kids, it's a challenge finding private moments to share w/DH...perhaps I'll join a nunnery.

mac - you're talking big bucks & big headaches - yikes! Hang in there...I won't every complain about my insurance deductible again after hearing your story...wow. Hope you can at least recoup some of the cost on itemized ded. @ tax time.

Off to glam up for my hot date w/the boys.

Hello all...Happy Monday

Got slammed as soon as I walked into work this morning, and my aol was acting dumb at home, so I just shut the computer down when I left, no time for that in the morning.

LOL...jammies, yes, I will go out on the porch, yes, have driven the kids to school in jammies and slippers, and would run from a room to room at a hotel, but these people I have seen are using these "jammies" as regular street clothes...nope, no way, no how...

Glad you found a use for Lee Momma :goodvibes that should make your typing must easier and faster :cool1:

It was raining this morning, then cleared off, now is cloudy again.

Mac, sorry you are having such a time. We just found out Friday that the parent company from which my husband retired, is renegging on our insurance policy. It was to be still free for us (losing dental and vision), but now it is going to cost us something each month. It is not a lot in one sense, but in another, isn't it wonderful how a company can just NOT do what they had stated in a contract? and the gov't let's them get by with it. It is SO annoying, so I feel your pain mac. Hope you get it straightened out and you can stop paying out and just get better :grouphug:

i got one conference call done now and waiting for the second one.

i am tired of insurance companies. you get cancelled due to having high bills and your deductible is sky high then. right now i found out, i have a $5000 deductible for in network and out of network it is $20,000.

i am 3/4 there on the in network right now. whew......and we just started lst month with the new ocmpany

mic, hang in there. lets boycott those insurance companies.

together we will make a dent in the system. wait, better not, cause then we won't have any insurance.

it's always something isn't it.

ks, i don't even do the turn on lingerie. it can't hide the fat very well.
end of that discussion

think i will make a fashion statment this coming sunday.
i will wear son's flannel pj bottoms to church.

Afternoon all!

What a day!! Or should I say weekend!?

We have been soo busy it isn't even funny anymore! :sad2:
Haven't had much time to read the thread so I hope everyone is doing good. I have to get this athome stuff all worked out...seems there is a online mix up somewhere.

Anyway, hope you all take care...i will try to come back later, but both noah and aubrey has ball practice tonight....trent left for camp yesterday...i have to say...it is pretty quiet around here...hope he calls soon to check in!

:wave2: Hi Pam...I figured you were like a busy bee buzzing around all weekend when we didn't hear from you.

Mac, I agree, the insurance companies, drug companies and oil companies are running this country, and the heck with the people that need to use the stuff :furious:

Busy day here too. Sun is back out, it has been a weird day.

Ok, so when is Ed's cruise? I know I've asked that a million times but I keep forgetting.

1/2 hr. to being outta here......... :cheer2:

i think miss pamela anderson lee needs a vacation when summer vacation is over.

she is busier in the summer than in the winter.

she is one supergal here !!

hey mic, it's closing time, come on home........... :teeth:

Hi all...and good evening

I was wiped out when I got home tonight, don't know why. Fixed dinner, came up and lay on the bed for a bit, dozed off, then had to get up, do dishes, gather up trash for garbage day tomorrow, address some bills to go out, and get some crap out of the dryer........now it's practically time to go to bed.....

Tomorrow night I'm off to get the old hair done......so I'll be whipped again and ready for bed as soon as I get in.

Hope everyone is enjoying their evening........supposed to be warmer here tomorrow, and I'm sure we'll get some of that wet, wild weather that is invading Florida
