Youngest DS going on his annual camping trip w/his buds up to canoe the Clarion River. I've called the adult & stressed the word "lifejacket" a few times, wonder if I should mention it again. It's tough letting them grow up away from my watchful eye.

Is this the one that go thit with the bat. I think I would be an overprotective mom with that one too!!

keisha, stop the talk about chinese food.
we have a chinese buffet in town and now i want it..........it is good.


saw the doc and he said to come back in one week.
going to do another cortisone shot then if the swelling and pain continue on the ball of the foot. it was only 8 days ago i had the first shot and he said he can not give another one until 2or 3 weeks passes.

he said it is the tendon. last week it was a clogged sweat gland in the ball of the foot. now its the tendon. he made a padded bandaid type of thingy that is stuck to the skin of my foot. that gave me relief.

i have a padded foot. i would rather be padded somewhere else....


next week who knows what it will be.


i give up.


but next week he is doing another orthodic in the shoe. so that will help also.



going to make dinner.

Mac - Im so sorry about your foot. I hope these doctors actaully get it right one of these times.

Winfall is on tonight for me. I like that show because I got paid to watch it one time. It's actaully pretty interesting.

Oh..quick story for you.


I win ditzy mom of Samantha's class. I got all the paperwork filled out and signed up for her first day. I was walking out and I said, "I can't beleive my baby is starting school. Have a great weekend and we'll see you Monday."

The teacher said, "Monday?" And I said, Yeah she is in the "Monday Wednsday class"

The teacher nicely explains that there is no toddler classes on Mondays. It's either tuesday Thursday or Wednsday Friday. OOOPS

I'm just glad I asked instead of having her already to go Monday and that being the wrong day.


Other news, Nico got his same teammates from his soccer team last season. And the coach is the same. I'm so excited. I love this guy and Nico and his team really were good friends last year. YAY!!

Off to watch Posiedon...the new version......

Momma, you better get your head screwed on tightly so you send the kids to school on the right days that is good that Nico is wit his friends again for soccer...makes it a lot easier to adjust.

Those books were more than that as I have a 10% off card!! When he left hs job they gave him $50 in gc's from B&N, so with the discount and those it helped, they were way over $200......and one of them is a little thin paperback type book....rip off really, but ya gotta have them....

No bother at all. I was sitting on the porch with Mrs. Robot when we got the call. We had a great big laugh over it. Mrs. Robot tried to keep the little one on the line to make sure nothing was wrong. That's why she called back. You are now in her cell phone as "Dis Thread".
