I've somehow gone the entire week and not seeing my wife during waking hours (e.g. when we've both been awake at the same time) for one minute. And she's not even out of town.

Good morning all!

Hey this is the first day this week that my stupid mother has not brought her kids before 7:30!!!!! Maybe she finally got the hint!!

Adam--i knew you would come through!!!! I agree with Ocm...love the car...think you have another since she claimed the first one...i guess it is the early bird that gets the worm!!!

mic--good luck to you!!!! can't wait to hear the good news...keep us posted!!!

ocm--atleast you get a spring break with your kids!!! We don't have anything like that here...we just get easter as our spring break!

bob--I am sorry to hear that!!! It is almost over--her long hours--though isn't it????? I am sure you can't wait!!!

mac--good luck on that curves thing! Did I tell you that I once was a member of curves? It came here to town and needless to say it really didn't do much for me so I dropped it! I like the fitness center we joined better...they have kids stuff that my kids can enjoy too!

That's Saturday night The boys are going to MIL's for the night -- it's our once-a-month neighborhood bowling league night (we suck at bowling, but it's fun to hang out with all the other couples in our neighborhood).

Today at 5pm is DW's deadline at work for this client. They either meet the deadline or the NY Stock Exchange takes her client's stock off the exchange. Thus, she didn't even bother coming home last night -- they worked straight through the night. Previous nights she's been coming home around 2am.

I may have some good news to share this weekend...so everyone say a prayer for us and keep positive thoughts radiating this direction....(and no, its not my kids coming back east if it was that I'd have been SCREAMING on the board..LOL)..any way, just think good things for us!!

pam, i didn't know you did curves?

i had to sign a year contract and people have to pay if they stop going or not. did you get out of the contract?


i don't know yet, the jury is still out on my opinion of curves.

you keep going around in a circle for 30 seconds per station. it only takes 30-5 minutes for the total cycle.

i have not lost any weight but today feel the pulling of some muscles.
today will be day number 9 for me.

i am going to go in about 5 minutes to curves.
will be back later for the coffee......hint ......hint...... adam.....

Hi again from my sunny office........blech...I feel like I'm in 1st gear and can't get the clutch to work this morning to get moving........I hate feeling so blech at 9 a.m.......makes for a long day......and as I walk in the door, (I'm always about 10 minutes or so early) the owner is running through my area and says "we are having visiters from Brazil in 15 minutes and we need to put the welcome sign up," ( which is just a little magnetic board that we put names on) so we are rushing around to do that.....and are they here yet????? then it was get the coffee maker ready.....yikes...momma, our little liason from Brazil is here and I met him for the first time yesterday...his name is Leonardo and I thought of you..he would be right up your alley... not tall though, but non the less a cutie...and Brazilian...woohoo

I need to get serious about my eating habits again.....this job is not good for me as I sit too much...and I still watch what I eat, but nothing is going away, and I think its just the fact that my job requires just my brain to work.. and not the rest of me....so I either have to quit eating or start excercising.......for those of you that know and love me, you can guess which I'll do..........

Ok, enough idle chatter from me....I feel like a magpie this morning...

Bob, the date sounds wonderful, and I hope you have a nice evening out...so what if you suck at bowling, you'll have fun, that is what counts plus good time together

Pam, I agree, the running around gets to me too...it starts for me tonight and I've got stuff this weekend...I just want to stay home and be quiet

I plan on doing a whole lotta nuttin' on Sunday!
Tomorrow we have Noah's first soccer game of the season, his bday party at the bowling alley, and then I think we are heading to Lincoln to get hair cuts, groceries(what fun) and take Noah out for a proper birthday dinner!

Sunday we will do sunday school and church and then come home and VEG!!!!! I am so ready to do that!!! I am sure something will come up before then and i won't be able to do that!! I just like it when I have NO plans to do anything!


One of my friends just called...she wants me go to a bunco tourney with her tonight...i automatically thought of deena!! Any pointers deena? I haven't even decided if i am going yet!

Last one was March 3rd, so I guess this month there's two nights. This is the last actual league night -- in April we have one last night that doesn't count, it's when awards are given out and we bowl for fun (not that most of us aren't doing that every month )

Unfortunately, I probably won't be the drunk until next bowling season -- I'm still supposed to be on the Coumatin for another couple months.
