Welcome back BOB!! How was the trip?

Adam - glad im not the only sinner amongst us. Oh well, you know, Mac goes to church for me, so maybe she will save me.

I'm suppose to leave for disney in two days, and I havent thought about packing. I can't because I haven't done any laundry. But, I have THOUGHT about doing the laundry, so that should count for something.

Yep, the whole AI thing is dumb. Shouldn't get so wrapped up in it, but this time they had some very good contestants/finalists...and to dump Chris like that. Well, it just wasn't cool...

Plumbers crack yep, every repairman has a case of that...

KS, our house is older yet than your's...it was built in 1900! So our's too is a work in progress, but it never seems to get finished. I agree, they will be carrying me out and there still will be a list of things that should have been done. When we bought our house, remodeling wasn't such a big expense, but over the years, it has gone up so much for materials and stuff.

MC...ok, you New Yorkers gloat.....but so far we are even 1-1....gotta see who takes the rubber game.

It was an awesome trip -- better than we even expected. Both boys had such a great time -- Ryan immediately took to the characters and was thrilled to see (and hug) anything with fur.

I was another one of those sinners as Dave and I moved in together almost a whole year before we got married! You know what? Trent was honorary best man in our wedding! He even wore a tux i had made special for him.....I still have it...it is crazy to think he was that small at one time!


It is crazy windy here! You know for it being May we haven't had many really nice days yet!

Yes, we will see who takes the game tonight! I hope it doesn't get rained out...i just may be able to watch some of it tonight!

Trent is home sick today...says his throat hurts...can anyone say strep?

Well Im not a huge AI watcher but I did watch last night. I cant believe more ppl didnt vote for Chris. OTOH he got a lot of exposer and maybe a really cool band will offer him a spot.

I guess I should confess too, David and I lived together about 2 years before we got married (we dated 4 years total). Being a single parent having someone to split the bills with was sooooo nice......and now the poor guy is stuck with all the bills, lol.

BTW, which is Chip & which is Dale? (The nose knows but, I'm senile & can't remember ).

I vaguely recall, in my checkered past, that DH & I may have co-habitated too (before I was even divorced - of course, I had extenuating circumstances)...or, as I tell my DS's; I've been very, very bad/do as I say, not as I do.

Chip has the chocolate chip (e.g. black) nose.

I guess I'm the token "good" Catholic. DW and I didn't move in together (even though we had closed on our house a few months earlier) until after our wedding. I lived there for a month or so, since my apartment leave came up in Sept. (we were married in late October). DW lived at home with her parents for three years after we graduated college, mostly to save money for our new house.

I'm not the #1 Catholic but, I try harder ...have been called one of them-there cafeteria catholics (afraid it's true - I've even read the DaVinci code)

Might even pave my way into hell this June by using the Dining Plan to purchase an adult meal w/a child's credit like so many others have suggested on these threads.

If so, my mom's theory might be right, she's been telling me for years you get sick from getting dirty.

When they initially interviewed him, he stated he started turning grey in high school...better than going bald - fur sure!

My DH still has a great head of dark brown hair but, his (neatly trimmed) beard & moustache are nearly white. He refused to use the grecian formula stuff...one guy did it @ work the rest of the jackals still jerk him around - men are catier than women sometimes.
