Back from dinner and visiting, our turkey dinner was delicious....although now I am STUFFED.........

Deena knows those men in brown.... she can vouch for them as she has one to call her own..........I'm excited for your little ones tonight, I bet they are SO excited right now......

Mac, ocm will not gain an ounce, cause she will not eat I bet....but maybe she will as she plans on dancing a couple nights away....good way to burn those extra calories......

Well, time to just sit back and wait for Santa....I kinda organized the kitchen a little for breakfast...but I'll do most of it in the morning......I just don't feel like doing anything........think all that dinner I took in has tuckered me out...

Hey all! Just got back from our 2 christmas' and I have to say...I ate waaayyy to much...I am stuffed, stick a fork in me I am done!!! I don't think I can eat tomorrow!!!!

I am trying to put my kids to bed but they keep coming up and finding an excuse...we have heard that they need a drink and we have heard they need to go to the bathroom!
I finally told them that Santa will not come if he knows that they are awake so we will see if that settles them and they go to sleep.

We had a very good christmas...both of them! I am truely thankful for my entire family...even if some of them drive me insane...i am still thankful for them!

We go back to my mom's tomorrow to have christmas with my dad's side. There will probably be around 65 people there tomorrow..it will be alittle crowded but I am glad we can still do the family gatherings at homes instead of renting someplace to have them. It will be fun i am sure.

Anyway, I doubt I have time to check-in in the morning so I thought I would tell you all:

Santa here. Just got the rest of the boys stuff wrapped and stuck out Santa stuff. Now to go to bed for a couple of hours til the kids get up! Evan left out some cookies and milk for santa.

to all my friends here, what a true blessing each and everyone of you are! friends throughout the whole year through thick and thin is what it is about....you guys are the greatest! I'm thankful and so glad to call each of you a friend....that is a gift to me everyday of the year!!

hope all of you are enjoying this morning, and for those with the little ones, I bet they are so excited now and tearing into all those toys from Santa....doesn't take too long for us to open here with just the 3 of us...so we are busily starting breakfast for the gang....I just came upstairs to get dressed and wanted to stop by to wish everyone the best!!! luv ya guys

Afternoon............the house cleared out quickly today, around 11 a.m.....had lots of cattle grazing at the table....... everyone enjoyed and not but a spoonful left over...

We just got done playing a Pop Culture Trivial Pursuit game....and the son won........like that was ever a question as to who would beat us oldsters...we may play a card game now that he got...gotta wait til he figures out how to play it first........ and explain it in simple terms to us...

DS and the babies called this morning and got to talk to just about everyone that was here....our little guy was sick most of the night... throwing up, so Christmas has been a little off kilter for him.....and YES, I cried on the phone, but only after my DS said, "Mom, I really miss you I wish we were home with you"......and he was choked up.........so that did it for me....but heck, what's a loving Mom if she can't cry? right.... They are headed back to Phoenix this afternoon, and I'm sure little guy will feel better when he is in his own home and bed....oldest GS is staying for a few more days in Salt Lake....he went snow skiiing!!! and loved it....

We are going out for family dinner around 5, so everyone enjoy the rest of the afternoon.........it is raining here today...........

aw mic, don't cry........you will be seeing your babies again this year. and you do get to stay quite a few days........wish you could have been there with them this weekend so the tears wouldn't be there for you.

the boys ate my lunch up while i was at church, it was the last whopper so i did a sandwich. i figure i would be going back to burger king around 4:30 for more food and didn't want to make another trip now for one.




oh my gosh..............i could have eaten cookies instead !!!! duh

LOL mac, we are going to "real" people with "real food" for dinner.... My SIL is having us down for vittles.........turkey dinner again....woohoo, we lucked out this year, with dinner on xmas eve and today....couldn't' have planned it to work out better.........

We just played Skip-Bo and we were NOT understanding the instructions, so we went on-line to find more detailed and yes, we had been playing it wrong...LOL...........so we may try it again. The other card came is called Five Crowns and it was/is pretty fun. Its like rummy and gin all mixed together, you want to play as many cards so you have none to count against you, but you must lay them down all at once...and each successive round you are dealt more cards and a different card is wild...............that was fun........YEE HAW I WON....I never win at cards, so I really liked playing that game..

Off to dinner shortly..........so did you get like a mega-Whopper mac? Those things are good, but messy.......

i go thru the drive thru and order the whoppers and dble cheese ones for the 4 here.

went back 1 hour ago for another order as the second time thru they messed up on the fries for one of the boys. got one for dh at that time.

my next time there will be about 7 tonight.
this time thinking of getting them the chicken sandwiches. i have coupons for those.

good you get to have turkey yesterday and today. some people love turkey.
will you get to have pie also?

Not so big on pie....pumpkin and such....I like fruit pies or berry, and usually they only have pumpkin, coconut or chocolate....although I will go for a piece of Lemon Meringue if she made one.........yum.........

Howdy all! Santa was good to us here. The boys got lots of things they liked and we got some money from my in laws--thats always a winner!! Saw the last of my bil/sil, neice and nephew this trip, they will be leaving in the am. But it looks like we may go see them in Dallas for Spring break.
Sounds like you guys had a nice Christmas too!
