I'm back from the gym, I had a class this AM for work teaching us some new techno gizmo I wont bore you with, OCBK be careful out there, you cant be running with a Kettle bell a baby and the ninth letter all out in front of you no wonder you fell over. Dont make me become EdCrbuttkicker!

When you put it like that..that is a lot. Actaully, I think instead of the field we should try the tennis courts in my neighborhood. No one is there at 4am.

Good, it was a Cardio Day so I spent it on the stairmaster, I did some upperbody last night after I got off the Computer with you guys and the Dis was having hiccups.
