I've had a couple issues with points, but it always resolved after contacting them, by forwarding a copy of invoice. One time I did not get my gift card I ordered with my points from JC Penney, that took awhile, but I got it.
What is frustrating me is every email I send them comes back as having an attachment on it...what the h*** they are talking about I have no clue, I'm just writing them an email...so I just went into their site and put the whole thing from my email in their customer care thing....I think they have blocked something on their emails...this is NOT how I had contacted them in the past. But I'm fuming right about now...I will be losing a lot of points off of the computer...I spend a good bit and am owed those points.
My message wasn't very nice either...after typing the darn thing over 5 times trying to get it to go through, I was royally p.o'd, so I hope they get the picture that I'm mad.
Ok, now, no more whining tonight, I need to step back from my keyboard and take a deeeepppp breath.....
