test Part 10

evening all!

I totally forgot about trent's concert tonight until my mom called and told me she wasn't going to come because the weather is suppose to be bad. Well, the weather has held out but we are suppose to get an inch of ice then it is suppose to turn into snow and we are suppose to get around 5 inches of snow. Some schools are already calling school off for tomorrow. We are still on for now.

Mic--don't you hate being on hold for that long? I had to call my insurance company because I got a bill from Aubrey's eye dr. from her surgery and they said something wasn't covered(which it should be--it was last time) I finally hung up I was tired of waiting...i'll call back tomorrow.

Mac-- I'm not sure of her age. If I had to guess I would say she was close to 50. Dave's sisters are 10 and 12 years older than him.

Good morning, still raining here.....but beats snow and ice

All our little sportsters seem to be doing pretty well this year, keep it up! How was the concert Pam?

Planning on another busy day at work, saw my manager working on checks yesterday, so I'll be matching them with bills and getting ready for signature...and boy, we have lots of bills/checks every 2 weeks.

Enjoy the day, I'll try and pop in, but not sure...and YES, I hate being on hold for 1/2 hr. or so....grrr...I woke up during the night fretting about this damn order for work and it not being right...now is that dedication or what:eek:

I've just been thinking, we are straying off topic of our thread........teacher, when is the next test?? :lmao: :upsidedow

morning all!

We got ice last night and it is still coming down. I bet it is atleast 1/2 inch thick so far. I am hoping most of my parents call in and say their not coming.

The concert was okay. We were expecting it to be a x-mas concert, but the teacher had them sing patriotic songs and then in the end had everyone sing some x-mas songs:confused3

Hope you all have a good tuesday.

i'm baaaack:)

sick as a dog (too much crusin:rolleyes1 )

didn't read thru thread - hope all are well bbl!

Hey everyone. Finally getting around to catch up a little.

Pam, sorry about Daves sisters friend.

OCM, I recall seeing pictures of you (Princess outfits, pics in front of a fireplace with nighties on) I don't think you can ever take a bad picture.

Are these the thongs we're talking about?:rolleyes1

Ed said "Mic is definatly hot nuff to wear VS thongs" and I would have to concur.

TVT sorry about your mom. I know the feeling all too well.

Bob, I see you from time to time on that other website. I haven't joined there yet but I do lurk. I LMAO at some of the postings there.

KS hope you feel better real soon.

Mac, thanks for always covering our backs.

Yes, I did make it back from New York. It was a fun event but very crowded. I got to meet a few celebs but nothing more than a hi, how ya doin'. The 1st one was Jimmy Johnson (NASCAR Champion 2 years running), Jeff Gordon, Michale Waltrip (NAPA commerials), Constantine Maroulis from American Idol fame, Nick Lachey, Lance Armstrong and last but not least, David Spade (man is he vertically challenged). Everything was on the house and I had a car service back to NJ after the event so I wasn't shy. I think I might be invited again next year. That would be really cool.

Hope you all have a greatafternoon.

Evening....if work gets any more chaotic or hectic, well, there aren't enough hours in the work day to get everything done.....I've been so beat in the evenings.........

So glad some of our missing testers dropped by.....KS, oh NO, sorry you are sick, hurry up and get better so we can hear about the trip...tell us girlfriend, we can't stand not knowing everything:goodvibes

Gant, sounds like your night on the town was pretty cool and WOW, you met some awesome peeps...good for you....how exciting. I envy you right now...I'm a little pea green with envy too...you love Nascar so that had to be neat to meet some of them, even if it was just a quick 'hi'....David Spade is a shorty isn't he...LOL...a lot of people don't like him, but I love his movies...always like 'Joe Dirt'

Pam, how is that ice doing out your way? It continued to rain all darn day here and was so foggy driving home

and yes teacher, I'm ready for the test, and I remember way back when, a certain someone said they aren't above cheating :rolleyes1

evening all!

I had 2 kids today but managed to get NOTHING done:confused3 we have a late start tomorrow so far but it is still snowing so i wouldn't be suprised if they didn't have school tomorrow either. The ice has quit but we got about 3/4 of an inch of it.

KS--glad you are back. Hope you feel better soon.

Mic--I know what you mean, there is just not enough hours in a day sometimes.

Gant--I'm glad you had a great time. Sounds like there were some pretty cool people there.

Bob, I see you from time to time on that other website. I haven't joined there yet but I do lurk. I LMAO at some of the postings there.

::yes:: Been there a long, long time. :upsidedow

No word on the job yet -- I don't expect to hear much for at least a week or so, longer if it gets into Christmas vacation time. No worries, it's just something to try to keep busy with this winter. :)

I'm outta here today (and busy much of tomorrow volunteering at Cam's school's Santa Shop). Be good. :rolleyes1

Bob Slydell I'm outta here today (and busy much of tomorrow volunteering at Cam's school's Santa Shop). Be good. :rolleyes1

Aren't we always good?!?!?!

Our school had a Santa shop. My kids loved it!!! Aubrey picked out something for herself and gave it to Noah to give it to her for x-mas. Then she was all upset that she forgot to buy something for Noah. I took her to the store so she could buy something for him:upsidedow
Our church had something like that too. They had a bazzar and had alot of things left over so they let all the sunday school classes go and pick something out for everyone in their families and then wrapped them there too. All the kids had fun.

We didn't get as much snow as they predicted so the kids had to go to school today. I have more kids today...my normal load. So I guess everything is back to normal.

Ks--glad you are feeling a little better. Can't wait to hear about your trip!!

mac--be safe on the roads

mic--hope your work load slows down at work. I think we are suppose to get more snow this weekend so I am sure our ice won't have time to go away before then:sad2:

Have a good day everyone!

Good news / bad news today.

Good news: While I haven't heard back from the resume I sent out, I just talked to an old boss of mine and she thinks they have a perfect part-time job for me in her department. :thumbsup2

Bad news: I think I've just caught whatever Nicole had. :headache: :headache:
