I was so tired last night that I fell asleep early...and I really could have stayed in bed this morning, BUT...work I must do...it is nice and cool this a.m. with up to 80 today...very nice...sorry KS...but you know I love me some fall days...

Sept. is going fast...in a couple of weeks Aubrey will have her 1st quarter done already I think parent teacher conf. are around the 12th of oct.

I played volleyball last night...my heel is very tender this morning but i can walk on it.....and the good thing is that we WON

Well, i'm off...need to get the kids to school but i'll be back!!

beats the heck outta the one i send in every year:

computer was restored, hope i saved a 'hard copy' of that bad boy such a waste of time imo, just another case of just the rules ma'am.

bad vibes at my home, confirmation issues for youngest DS.

His sponsor (DS #2) procrastinated for over a year & didn't follow thru on meeting w/priest "officially" to sign the diocese's form, despite untold nagging from me.

Priest called me @ 9 am monday, going out of town all week, needed a firm commitment within the hour from someone/anyone on Friday. Couldn't track down #2 DS.

Push came to shove & I had to go to #1 DS son, who promptly pointed at DIL. #2's feelings are hurt (he despises her for very valid reasons) feels i picked her over him. Yes, he hates me.

Did tell him he could still do the duty if he appears on Friday, no response & high-tailed it off to dear old dad's. At least DILs being a good sport & waiting for him to commit.

This irresponsible crap is standard MO @ his dad's house; always blame somebody else for your mis-steps...not sure if he's ever going to get "it"?

sure is hard to teach life lessons when you are continually undermined.

KS, aren't family dynamics wonderful at times sorry you are going through this, but sounds like you've handled it all before and are a pro at soothing ruffled feathers with each of your sons...hope it all works out and everyone ends up happy, especially when it is a momentous event in your youngests one's life.... I will keep you in my thoughts that it all comes around and everyone is happy.

Off to watch a little TV.....this afternoon turned into another one of 'those' afternoons at work...I swear, the good days are few and far between anymore and most days are koo-koo.....I sometimes wonder if working is worth the wear and tear.....if I could learn to skrimp a little and walk instead of having a car, I could quit and of course give up eating on a regular basis, or having heat in the house......hmmmmmm...I might have to really consider all this
