pam - did you ever sign up for the tans? Mid 90's here today, too hot to even lay on a raft in the pool. My back is finally starting to stretch out, was able to climb into the tanning bed. I've got short legs, they need a step stool or else i'm going to have to start wearing heels...hmmm.

I just made chocolate chip muffins. They are still warm when the chocolate melts in your mouth. I'm not a muffin fan, but the kids like them.

Anyway, off to the gym this morning..hopefully DH shows up so I dont have to drag the kids with me.

i slept in courtesy of my muscle relaxant . wonder how long it takes for a strained muscle in back to feel completely better? Only a few days for me so far. Think i'll try hopping on the treadmill today or tomorrw. It's in the mid-90's here

keisha, yea, still doing curves 6 times a week. i missed 5 sessions last week out of necessity but went yesterday and this morning. it is closed on sunday.

i won the contest today. people could sign up and pay $5 if they could lose 5 lbs or inches with body fat.

if the person made the goal of a total of 5 lbs, inches, body fat off they got their money back. it went for 5 weeks but i was a week late in signing up but i was able to participate with only 4 weeks in the contest.

i won.........but it was only $70 in the kitty. some got their money back.
last time they did this, the kitty was over $700. wish i could have joined that one but they only do it once every year for this type of contest.

my magic number was 34.5

trent won his game friday night, loss sat. morning then won last night which we weren't there because of my aunt and uncles ann. party. The ann. party was a lot of fun...my whole family was there except for one of my cousins from texas. My cousin that is in iraq right now got a 2 week leave and was there last night too...it was so good to see him. He said he has until Nov. His wife wants him to put in his retirement papers in Aug. so he can get out (hopefully) in Nov. if they let him out.

Im on Cypro now and on some pain killers.

sweets, i hope you start to get better soon. you must have a veryy bad infection as it has lingered with you for a long time now.

cipro is a very good and strong antibiotic.
i hope you get some relief within the next 48 hours. when i took cipro, i was told it really starts in its full effect within 48 hours of starting it.

so sorry to hear you once again have to suffer thru this crap! That's the antibiotic they usually give my mom for her chronic uti's. She's been taking a low dose of some antibiotic for a month now, 2 more to go. Supposedly, it's a way to knock the culprit out for good!

mac - VERY IMPRESSIVE how nice for your! Too bad the pot wasn't bigger - it's the thought that counts.

tvt - glad to see you're back on the clock

pam's sleeping in (wish i was too). Must've had a different cut bathingsuite on yesterday when i tanned, burnt the heck outta parts of my back...think i'll skip it today.

I hit the bonus round today, PT & a drs. appt for mummie . Hope i don't miss the fed ex guy, still didn't get my hard drive. Not sure i remember how to set up the internet on my desktop (and all the other programs hope DH has my back).
