morning all!

Late checking in today...pretty busy here. Started a new baby today

i'm not even going to say what i thought.

new hard drive came (that doesn't sound good either lol); dh hammering it into the computer - yikes.

i've bored you to tears before w/the various critters in my yard. Today I had to pull my little dog off possibly the biggest snake i've seen outside of captivity. Scary looking creature was reared up and striking at us. It was black with golden diamond outline . I tried to catch it with a bucket, but it scurried away too fast. Disturbingly (and rather stupidly) i went looking for it. Guess what i found, 3 more in - all solid colored black snakes. Weird thing was the back yard had lots of toads hopping about too; guess they were running from the snakes? Reminds me of the plagues moses called down on the egyptians, and i went to mass on Sunday too.

Dh thinks that they all slithered over from the house next door, right up against the woods, they had workers there for a few days putting in new windows. If so, they can go back home any old time.

went to the doc to get refills on my meds and ended up over at a department at the hospital for a test. nothing has gotten done here in this dump today.

i wonder what excuse i will use tomorrow for not cleaning....

hope sweets checks in and lets us know how today went for her.
mic should be coming home this week.
she was missed here.
i know she had a swell time on her trippie


and keisha graduated from the laptop back to her computer.
she's on a roll.

howdy gang...


practices and games are done for the night...aubrey's team won....even though they DON'T keep score she is really starting to get into it...she was pretty funny today. there were about 5 of them going after every ball.

got the grocery shopping done for another week...now i have to try to clean this dirty place tomorrow as I don't have the new baby tomorrow.

Black Rat Snake

Would that be a good snake or a bad snake? Had nightmares last night. I'm not really afraid of snakes , it is creepy when they all decide to crawl about @ once. My stoopid smaller dog (fearless hunter) nearly killed herself 2 years ago by feasting on toads. Evidently, they have a poison in their system...ewwww. Had to take her to emergency clinic on a weekend; they were able to counter-act the effects. Hate the thought of her getting sick again.

Once I get my desktop back from HP (hard drive didn't work, spent another 3 hours on the phone with abu they're going to send me a box fed ex to send that bad boy out for repairs ); i'll post pic of the 4th & 3rd biggest snakes. Do hope to both catch the big one & haul him deep into the woods. Have i mentioned that my ex is now an exterminator

didn't get the the lab until 6 this morning........i'm tapping my foot now and shaking my finger.....

gotta take one kid to the ortho today and then have to go back to the hospital at 3 this afternoon.

i am impressed - you have assistants!!!!! with all those bambinos i'd need the national guard to help. Nothing wrong w/looking for a few good men

i'm giddy -able to book the AKV for 1 day prior to cruise in Dec. DH wants to know how i'm going to pay for it (spoil sport ); i'll think about that tomorrow.

tooth surround my root canal broke, must of had something to do with that wad of gum i was chomping. Hope the dentist can speed up that cap tomorrow. DS to orthodontist yet again today, hope he finally gets the green light for the bottoms to get removed. I'm burning 1/4 tank of gas each trip the last few weeks for alot of nuthing. I am finally sick of gas prices $3.10 here, almost $3.30 for the caddy. It's been getting regular, probably ruining the motor.

Ed, loved the t-shirt ideas, but man, 4 losses outta 5 is not good...I'm hoping this is their little downslide for a bit, better now than in the stretch.

I will tell you all more later and I have pics to download when I get home, but I had the BEST time ever at the event this weekend. I saw a lot of the stars from the show, and when I saw my main couple that I went to see, I was like a kid again. It was awesome. And just like meeting you guys that I've met here on our thread, the group I met up with was much the same. We all have a common interest and that binds us together. My roommates were great and the gals that met me at the airport were great. We all were friendly on our board, but now that we have names w/faces, it is even better. We came from all over the USA...me and another girl were farthest east, MD and DC...we had Georgia, Mississippi, FLA, NC, Alabama, Texas, Ohio, Indiana, Utah, Colorado, Illinois, Tennessee and CA represented. I'm sure there might be a couple more places, but those come to mind. And the one young gal that lives in Burbank and hung out with all of us, works for.................DISNEY.......now how is that for a coincidence.

Like I said, more later, just wanted to say hi...off to sit in the sun for bit....cool wave has come through, its only 82 here, down from a whopping 103 yesterday. The humidity has hovered around 8%.... absolutely amazing to me......my diet has gone out the window...not really eating tons of bad stuff, just eating in general......

Miss you guys, I promise to show up now, I feel a little more rested today, and now that I'm coming around on the time change, it will be time to go home...and did I say......I DON'T MISS WORK AT ALL
