i'm not worried...my laptop is still under covered so it should be fixed without costing me a penny.

I am already NOT looking forward to monday. I have a long ways to go to get caught up here....just don't feel like doing it. I figured alot of my running is done now that swimming lessons and baseball is over so when i don't know what to do with myself i will start going through stuff.

Oh i almost forgot...my new furniture will be coming this next week

One of our fans will blast you outta bed very early in the morning if you misbehave around here...... he takes weekends off, but watch out when he comes back

KS, the lighthouse is Nubble or Cape Nedick Lighthouse in Maine...it is seen on lots of calendars and is a very photographed lighthouse. Did you snag Harry Potter? We were at Barnes & Noble today and they had a ton of them, as did Toys R Us.

Birthday party was a success, ate WAY to much stuff...was so good all week and then pigged out at the party........but I did eat my burger without a bun

DH's cousin who we have not seen in quite a few years is here this weekend with his wife, they are on their way to Atlantic City, they live in Savannah...so we stopped to see them on the way home...it was so wonderful to see them. I think as you age, you tend to get more sentimental about seeing family and really enjoying doing so. Also, if you remember me talking about his other cousin who was so ill, finally passed away this evening. I just knew this would happen when the other cousin was here this weekend. Anyway, he was very ill and this really is a blessing for him and his family. He was never married, but quite close to his sister and her husband, so they were with him.

Well, think I'll turn in, I'm up way passed my bedtime

late check in, indulged w/DH in some foo-foo drinks last night (absolut & hawaiian punch) - my tongue's still bright red.

mic - so sorry to hear, even when a loved one is sick & you know it's coming it's always a shock & hard to bear - be well. DH's 1/2 way thru HP already, had it pre-ordered @ B&N - no way would i do that presale business.

mac - they giving you the bird? (cardinals )...they're all good to me. Pirates really stink (doing a little better this years, McClatchey bowing out maybe they'll spend some money & keep our good young players )...i have no affiliation other than detesting Atlanta Braves (tomahawk chop from Ted Turner's/america's team still is a frightening imagine in my mind). Thanks for covering for me, no way could i have shown w/with a red tongue...what would father think when i took communion.

went Xmas shopping this am , big Simpson promo @ Kmart . I am really trying not to charge anything this year that I won't be paying off...we shall see.

ks--sounds yummy!! i brought some wine coolers with me on vacation and didn't even get to drink them...had to babysit my neice and nephew because i wasn't comfortable with how many drinks my sil had( a huge roll eyes here) she was trying to talk me into letting my 15 yr. old neice into having one of my wine coolers YES, she is ate up!!!!

Evening...sorry your vacation is about over Pam, officially just a couple hours left and it will be Monday..... Don't they just fly by? This whole weekend flew by......WAY too fast.

We spend last evening visiting with out of town relatives, then today we had a family picnic, so saw a good bit of family we don't see often, and of course had more good visit time with cousin & his wife...it was like we picked up where we left off, and we have not seen them in probably 15 years. I first met them when we went south for our honeymoon, so their eldest son is now 37 and their youngest 31. Just doesn't seem possible all these years have passed us by.....I hated saying good bye...we just had a great time.

Well, off to beddy bye for me...I'll be sluggish in the morning...too much weekend fun for us...not our usual boring stuff

I am NOT liking it being Monday today. hope this week goes by fast. One of my friends is having a garage sale on friday and has asked if i want to put some stuff on it. UGGGHHHH--i have a lot of stuff but don't know if i have the time to get it there.

Aubrey goes to the eye doctor today for her 6 month check up. she hasn't been wearing her glasses since school has been out....bribing doesn't work anymore...hope she gets a clear bill

suppose i better go and get ready for the kids...i told my help not to come today or tomorrow so it is just me. i guess i need to start getting use to that again since school will be starting before i know it.


tony--keep your critters out of my home....i'm not a big fan of critters either.

mic--have fun at work today.

Found a website that states that Castaway Bay sells after 5:00 p.m. tix @ a generous discount; might check that out. Indoor wave pool & coaster? Hotel didn't thrill me, nor the reviews of the other onsite ones.

I've also not heard good things about Castaway Bay, at least the hotel. I've always wanted to check it out, but after some of the stuff I've read, I think we'll go to Kalahari instead. Great Wolf Lodge is nice, but believe it or not, my oldest is now getting big enough to want to try bigger slides, ones that Kalahari has that GWL doesn't.

mic - Marblehead lighthouse is on lake erie, from what i gather - there are several different ones on the lake; just a tiny one on Presque Isle in Pa & you can't go into it.

Yep, it's right on Lake Erie. And I know that Presque Isle one very well -- I used to lifeguard there and "lighthouse beach" was often the beach I was assigned to.
