What a wonderful surprise! Thanks for sharing. I got goose bumps reading! How very special for your parents as they celebrate 60 years of marriage. Yeah for them. I'm interested if this was their first visit to WDW or if they are repeat visitors. We had friends who went for the first time about 5 years ago, and they had all sorts of magical things happen for them. They were so tickled and get so excited sharing all the memories. I just love when people go without expectations and receive unexpected surprises that lead to amazing trips and memories. As for me, I just get tickled and full of joy when a castmember addresses me as "princess". That alone makes this 52 y.o. glow for the rest of the day!

Yes, and thanks to that tour, I was so impressed with the Poly I'd love to stay there sometime. But I'm a DVC member, so probably it will only happen if DVC builds on there. Hope we can meet again-it was fun to watch "Wishes" with you.

Ahhh....this makes me teary-eyed. This will be a memorable trip for them and how nice that wdw has added to the magic (and miracle nowadays) of a 60 year anniversary!

I was interested to hear about the lobster sandwiches. We have stayed at YC club several times & I've never seen anything in the afternoon except snacks, & those were getting slim the last time we were there. If you could post more on what was in the lounge when they get back, I'd sure appreciate it. We are staying there again in Sept. & I'd love it if they have increased the offerings. Thanks!
