Terre Verde or Rolling Hills?

For my upcoming trip in April, I really want a pool home. Most of them in Windsor Hills are already booked, but I'm receiving a lot of responses from owners in Terre Verde and Rolling Hills. Which do you all prefer? I like the idea of gated community, a community pool, and we would love to have a game room in the home. I want a clean, affordable, home that is not necessarily new, but not worn down either.

We've stayed with Florida Leisure on both sides of Disney now and have to say we prefer the east side. The last two trips have seen us stay on Cumbrian Lakes but before that we stayed on Sunset Lakes which is near Rolling Hills and Terra Verde.

We'd have no hesitation going back to Sunset Lakes because it was a small gated community that was very tranquil. Terra Verde is a resort and not really us whereas Rolling Hills is similar in size to Sunset lakes but not gated.

With that said, we really enjoy staying on Cumbrian Lakes as it is wonderfully placed. It's a touch longer to Disney..maybe 5 mins but it's much easier to get to the wonderful restaurants on Sand Lake Rd and the shopping at Florida Mall that we so enjoy.

Whatever you decide you won't go far wrong...it all depends on what you enjoy in a vacation. For us, we enjoy a little bit of peace and quiet and that's why we'd never consider a resort with the 1,000's of people that has.

Has anyone stayed at either of these?

Rolling Hills is next to Windsor Hills and was built around 2000. It's a nice area with easy access to Disney. Terra Verde is off Poinciana and is newer, most of the homes built in 2003 - 04. Not as close to Disney as RH but just up Poinciana and then Osceola Parkway.
I think TV is gated but I don't thing RH is. Sorry but that's all I know.

The location of rolling hills can not be beat if you are just comparing that. It is minutes to the parks, restaurants and now a mini golf.
