Anyways, just wanted to make a note of that. 
She got a large sundae for dessert which I had about 4 spoonfuls of. I think overall I did well and after drinking tons of water today, I still feel really good.

I got on the treadmill for an hour and alternating 3 minutes walking and 5 minutes running, and ran the last 13 minutes for 4.5 miles!!!! I felt really good that I had pushed myself and will continue to improve on that. I walked another 20 minutes to cool down and burned over 500 calories. Got the car washed and then headed home to pick up the family since we were going to see The Son of The Mask. Movie was cute, but doubt I would rent/buy it when it came out. Definitely worth a rental though. After the movie, the girls and I headed up to JCPenny's to check out some summer stuff for the girls. Katie got a new swimsuit, a sundress and a formal type for the cruise and Jessica got some shorts and shirts. I did find a beautiful dress for formal night and was so excited that it fit. I originally got the 14, not realizing it was a junior size 13/14 and it fit!! I had Katie get me the 11/12 and it fit too (alittle tight around the chest, but figure I'll still lose more weight). I was so excited!!!
I did get on the scale this morning and saw 168.5 I figure with a good day today, I'm definitely going to be seeing 168, if not lower tomorrow. As far as eating today, I had a slimfast for breakfast, 2 string cheese, granola bar, tootie poop and a few 100 calorie chips ahoy (the bag was crushed) at the theater with water. No popcorn!!
Just finished a Healthy Choice meal and will have something small for dessert and lots of water. Can't wait for tomorrow

I'd still like to lose 20 before my cruise, but atleast 10 would be good. I need to shower and eat before heading off to bowling... I will update later tonight. I'm still fighting a cold, but no way it's going to bring me down today 
And they're the last thing to lose...on and don't get me started on the hips....but reading all those measurements and seeing them GO DOWN has inspired me to start charting inches lost again...the scale has been weird lately but I know my body is smaller (first week to really pump up the exercise) so thanks for journaling all those measurements! You need to go back to your first post and read how FAR YOU'VE COME!!! I would catch myself looking at the date you were where I am now and figuring okay..in 3 months I can be in the 160's too!
I'm sooo excited for you and can't wait for you to hit that mark of your lowest in 15 years!
I was 142 on my wedding day, 135 when I met hubby and I'm just gonna spit shine my shoes when I see 150's....you're gonna get there before I do...so keep up the great work so I can follow in your footsteps!

I did still go to the gym today even though I wasn't 100%, but wanted to do some sort of exercise. Didn't have the strenghth to do any weights today, but walked (tried to run) about 25 minutes on the treadmill and then 45 minutes on the ellptical (glider) with a friend. That was it for me and headed home and got back into bed. Slepted from about 10:00 to 12:00 and then got up and had some lunch before heading up to the school. I helped out in the library, so it wasn't too bad. Took kids to dentist appts after and then back home where I'm suffering in silence
Had some toast and soup for dinner. I will be heading to bed early tonight, either before or after Lost is on. Hoping with a good night sleep, I'll be better by tomorrow. Need a good workout, plus my house NEEDS to be picked up.
