In the center of the table is a large flat topped grill. The chef will cook the meals on that grill.

Yes.

how are the courses presented?

The chef will generally cook noodles and vegetables first, then the table's main courses, using different areas of the grill for each item. The items which take longer to cook (like beef) will be ready at a later time than the items that take very little time to cook (like shrimp). Three dipping sauces are provided.

We have eaten there. It was just average in my opinion. There are so many better restaurants at World Showcase. We have eaten at Japanese Steakhouses at home that are far superior in quality of food and themiing than Teppan Eddo.

do the meals come with rice? the last teppan restaurant i went to served rice and not noodles.

Steamed rice is served in bowls. Udon noodles are cooked on the grill with the vegetables. So you get both. Teppan Edo does not serve fried rice, so the rice will not be cooked on the grill.

does anyone know about pricing? is it all the same price or does it differ by what meat/seafood you order? i have looked at two menus and on one it looks like its one price, on the other it looks like it differs.

The price differs by which main course you order. Beef filet is obviously more expensive than chicken.

If you are on the dining plan, the price won't matter, all meals are 1 dining credit regardless of which main course you choose.
