I've been to a lot of Japanese Hibachi places, and Teppan Edo is one the the best.
It's great if you are looking for a place to eat that takes you away from the parks (unless you sit at a table with other guests all wearing goofy hats and mickey ears). They do a lot of traditional Japanese dinner routines with you that make it fun as well. The food is always delicious, yet lacks amount for the price you pay. You can go down the road from DTD and eat at another Japanese Hibachi restaurant for the same price if not less for some foods, and get even more food!
The thing you pay for here is convienience and tradition.
